Specialties

Combat Circuit is a new Mixed Martial Arts training gym that alternates cardio intervals with MMA training techniques to help members lose weight, build core strength, and increase endurance, all while learning martial arts and self defense.

Perfect for beginners and professionals alike, Combat Circuit teaches students to perform the fundamental movements of MMA, without training with a partner. You’ll also never lift heavy weights, making it safer than other cross training routines.

The Combat Circuit system blends MMA training techniques from wrestling, kickboxing, and jiu jitsu to deliver the ultimate functional workout. Each exercise is specifically designed to activate every muscle in your body to burn more calories and build more muscle in less time.

The workout only lasts 30 minutes, but participants burn calories non-stop. Members can also begin their sessions anytime they want, making Combat Circuit the most convenient and effective training system in the world.

History

Established in 2012.

Combat Circuit was inspired by the same circuit training routine used by the professional MMA fighters of the American Kickboxing Academy. Over the years, Nate Moore adapted that same workout to work inside a commercial gym setting for the general public. Now available to the masses, the Combat Circuit workout is now helping people of all shapes and sizes to improve their life through fitness, martial arts, and health.
