We have one of the guy came out to fix the windshield. After he remove the windshield wipers and all the plastic piece, he came and tell us that the stud are broken. Now they are saying that it was already broken and when I ask them about it. So now I’m out extra $ 260 to replace the windshield wiper assembly (where the broken stud) that they broken. If it was already broken like they said, the nut where the wiper goes on wouldn’t even be there.
