I have bought cars with Century Auto & Alex for over 15 years now. I bought my very first car from Alex and never went anywhere else when I wanted a car. The service and attention to detail that Alex and his team at Century Auto provide is not found anywhere! The cars on the lot are always super clean! I have bought over 8 with Alex over the years and I could not be happier!!! They have been in the same location for over 25+ years, this really says a lot about their business and how they have kept customers happy over all these years. On San Carlos street their have been many dealerships that have come and gone throughout the years. Many change their names and ownership but Century Auto has been solid throughout all these years. My last car that I bought from Century Auto was a Lexus GS 350. I told Alex exactly what I wanted and he was able to get me the car I wanted and also gave me a great price on it as well. I really could not be happier!!! If you are looking for a quality used car, great customer service and a great deal I highly recommend going and checking out Alex and his team at Century Auto!!! Thank you guys for always taking care of me!!! I will be back soon!!!

Horrible customer service. I’m still waiting on plates 3 months later! Save yourself the hassle and dont go here looking for a car.

When I asked them if they would negotiate a price to match mine he said too low and hung up on me! When the price I was stating was well above the Kelly blue book price.

Do not buy your car from these crooks. We paid them for an extended warranty and found out when we needed it fixed that they never got the warranty and pocketed the money. Now they won’t return our calls. We already found a lawyer, but what a pain to have to go through all this. You should be ashamed, Kas.

I came in looking for a wagon. The family amd i happened to stop for lunch so it gave me time to look up cars for sale. Then i found it. Drove to the lot, and there it was. Horacio was awesome and easy going. Everyone there was really helpful. Love how easy the process was and by dinner we were driving to the resturant in style. Awesome lot

Stay away unless you’re an experienced mechanic and dealer. Taken advantage of and in the end cost me $$$ and time. Stay away!

This is a review from an earlier costumer I just got a car about a month ago, they lost the car plates and when I called to ask about the plates they were rude and told me to go to the DMV, wish do to the long lines it took me all day to get my plates.

Very bad service, liar people… After you buy car, and you call them about some questions, and they will pretend that they don’t know you. You can recognize the same person’s voice on the phone but he tells he is not him but his brother, and he is busy… After waiting 3 months for my license plate, did not get it, although they said they processed it. At the end I had to go to DMV myself and get my plates… These people are evil.

Called about a car on Criagslist, and asked about the price. They ‘claimed’ the Craigslist price was a typo. Don’t like those types of scams. Very rude on the phone also. I just wanted to buy a car. Unreal.

Just got a car here a week ago. Was looking for a Jetta Wagon with a stick so drove all over the Bay area checking them out. This one had the lowest advertised price and the carfax looked pretty good, one owner, regularly maintained. Arrived in the lot and Alex let me drive the car right away which was very clean and nice. I made an offer significantly lower than his asking price and after a few minutes we came to an agreement. There was no pressure and the whole experience was stress-​free. The car I purchased is running great and I feel like I got a good deal from an honest businessman. What more can you ask for? I would recommend buying a used car here.
