Disgusting customer service at this location! Take your attitude somewhere else and learn how to talk properly, if not don’t show up to your shift. This is directed to the lady working the drive thru.

How rude. It’s 2:49 and we were the only ones in line and the girl working was soooooo rude. I’m not one to complain, but trust me when I say this girl is rude! Beware y’all!

This place is the worst! They will mess up your order every time! Also, the people working here are very rude. So do yourself a favor and find a different location!

There’s really not much one can do to mess up at Carl’s Jr. The menu is the same at each location. However, attitude goes a very long way. The manager a woman, took our order at the drive thru. If there was ever a more miserable person who hated her job, it was this woman. We were shocked that she was the manager because she had no smile, moved very slowly and honestly looked like we were putting her out by going to this location. The food was cold, I can only imagine it was from sitting there because we were the only people in the drive thru and the inside was empty. If you are unfamiliar with the area and must have Carl’s Jr. find a different location. There is one about 2 minutes away.

Slowest Carl’s Jr in the Bay Area. STAYAWAY! I spent 15 minutes of my life honking and revving engine in the drive thru to gain their attention. And this is not the first time. Customer service F–

I rarely write negative reviews, but this place brings it out of me! This Carl’s is independently owned by Bay Area Investments, so that may be why they are so bad here. I ordered a Beef, Bean & cheese Burrito & Zuccinii and waited, and waited and waited. It was 3:45pm, so it’s not in the prime time lunch or dinner hour. After several people who came in after me got their meals I asked what was going on and they realized they gave my food to someone else. They made it again and gave me a simple«sorry» for my time. I understand mistakes happen, so I took my food and left. When I got back, I discovered the Burrito was wrong and had what tasted like a slab of cardboard inside. I made my way back and asked for the manager and they said they weren’t there. I asked who was the lead on that shift… and they just stared at me? Tough question I guess. I asked for a refund and the guy asked if I wanted another Burrito, which I declined. I am so done with this place.

Sometimes you are limited by time. Especially in the south bay when it comes to a weeknight past 11pm. I happen to really like Carls Jr and have a weak spot for it. Getting back into town, picking up luggage and then get the car. It’s now late. So I look up some choices and there’s not much. Burger in the car with fries? Sure. Having just gotten back from Texas I guess it was still on the mind. So Texas BBQ burger with brisket and bacon plus onion and jalapeño strings. Quick, hit the spot and I could go home and crash. The girl working the window was friendly so I guess in reading the other reviews, if you go here, go late, they’ll treat you right. 3.5 stars

Great place to go late at night when everywhere else is closed. Burgers are better than Jack in the Box, and miles ahead of Burger King/McDonalds. For the most part all of the food tastes fresh(at all hours of the night and morning) but there will be the rare occasion where you receive food that tastes like it should’ve been thrown out after sitting under a lamp for a whole day.

What can I say? It’s fast food. I love the fried burritos they serve… But I hate that there are no cheese to dip or put in it… I ask of there’s anyway I can just get cheese on the side? They give me sour cream instead… Yeah

Surprisingly the food is always warm when I eat it so it must be somewhat fresh. Service is pretty good in the drive thru since the cashier always smiles at me but maybe because I’m weird looking! Trying their Oreo ice cream sandwich today, woohoo!!!

Second time here and there is this Guy talking to himself again. So the boyfriend told me he is always there and talking to himself. Ok that’s cool. What is not cool is the lame burger I got. I want to say my mouth sting after I ate the burger… Crisp-cut fries were soggy Go over to Burger King and you will enjoy more for your buck!

Too stingy on the sauces! I asked for BBQ sauce(none in the bag) and they looked at me like I was asking for loose change for booze! And then gave me only 1, even though I had two western bacon cheeseburgers(yes, i’m a fatty). The burgers were good — a bit overcooked and dry(maybe cus it was lacking BBQSAUCE!!!). If they had given me one more BBQ sauce that star would be a 3!

Let’s just start off by saying there is a huge language barrier. The burgers have gone way down in size and«looks». The burger I got today was the size a fluffy pancake, onions pickles and the meat was DRY. If they used the burger that I received today on a commercial NOONE would eat there. EVER. We ordered two kids meals one with regular fries and one with onion rings. We got a burger and onion rings. no toy or «special bag». The other kids meal came with one(toy) Now have two kids and you know that now there is an issue. One kid gets a toy and the other gets screwed. Especially that both of our kids are special needs. This is not the first issue we have had at this particular location. The drive up window was broken but no one told us and we waited over five minutes. So we parked and went into the store. Come to find to staff of FIVE and two employees on break eating at the tables and being ignored by all of them. Here is the thing… is it close to our home and close to the 101 freeways so convenience is great but I rather go to Wizz Burger, pay more and wait for fresh burgers then go to this location again.

I prefer Carl’s Jr’s burgers over Burger King’s and McDonalds. For some reason, it always tastes fresher, and of better quality. They use crisp iceberg lettuce and crisp tomatoes… for some reason I always get some wilty looking lettuce at BK or McD’s. As for breakfast choices, I’ve only tried their steak and egg burrito, which is good. Also worth mentioning are their fried zucchini and criss cut fries, and the Six Dollar Burgers. Open 24 hours.

One of two 24 hour Carls Jr in the South Bay. Don’t go to Carls Jr much, only when I get a weird craving or if I’m in the area. Their criss cut fries are pretty good and their six dollar guacamole bacon burger and western bacon cheeseburger, hmm.
