Captured by Olga

I couldn’t be happier with my newborn photos, again! Olga did our first daughters newborn photos and we absolutely loved the pictures. We recently hired her for our second daughters newborn photos and we were again blown away with her work. We have used many photographers in the last two years and she is by far the best. She produces higher quality images than other higher priced photographers. She is reliable, talented, patient and excellent with babies and children. She has amazing props and will take as much time as it takes to get the perfect shot. I have recommended her to all my mommy friends and highly recommend her to you!

Yet another wonderful photo session with an amazing photographer Olga. We had so much fun getting pictures taken by her. She is professional, creative, talented, very reasonable, and so easy to work with. The pictures were sent to us almost immediately after the photo shoot. They all turned out beautifully! Each picture perfectly captured the emotion of the day! You will absolutely love your experience with Olga! We highly recommend her.

Olga is the amazing newborn photographer! We had the newborn session with Olga last week, we got an amazing photos today! She was so patient with our baby. The session took about 1.5 hour baby was sleeping well and we got a lots of different photos with different poses. Very appreciate it, I’ll definitely recommend her to all my pregnant friends in the future! :)

Olga is absolutely amazing! She made our maternity session this July and it was pure magic. Our little boy will love to look at these pictures one day, they are beyond beautiful. Olga came to our house with props, a heater, and everything she needed to take the perfect pictures of our newborn twins and toddler. I even learned about a magical app that helps keep the babies asleep! She has a special way with the babies that resulted in beautiful photos we will cherish forever. I’m very late writing this review but Olga deserves a 5 star review. Not only was she very accommodating with our schedule, but her pictures turned out amazing and I couldn’t be happier. Our baby wasn’t being 100% cooperative and she had the magic touch to calm him down and take the most beautiful pictures. This is a much overdue Thank you Olga, you did an amazing job. I’ve had so many compliments and I highly recommend her!

I am so excited to write this review for Captured by Olga! I contacted Olga before my daughter was born and she responded rather quickly! She came to my house for the photo shoot and was incredibly professional. She came prepared with all the props (which I LOVED) and was so gentle and calm with my newborn! My husband, who is difficult to please, was also very impressed with how amazing she was with our daughter. While she was doing the photo shoot, I never felt that she was in a hurry or rushed. She took her time and when my daughter got restless or cried, Olga remained patient with a positive attitude! In addition, after the photo shoot was over, I expected to get the proofs about 1 – 2 weeks after, but Olga was able to send the edited proofs in less than a week.
I strongly recommend Captured by Olga! You will not be disappointed!!!

Olga shot our newborn photos today. She is absolutely amazing with our little one. She has a great eye and her props were fantastic. Some how she can get our newborn son to pose perfectly without crying. I can’t wait to see the finished shots. Thanks Olga!!!

Olga is great!
Pros:
— Price — you cannot beat her price for what you get; Olga actually gives you downloadable pictures, whereas other photographers give you «proof» pictures and charge you additionally for downloadable pictures.
— Patience — our baby took about 45 minutes to fall asleep upon Olga’s arrival; she was extremely patient and simply waited until the perfect moment.
— Professional — great photo taking skills and props
— Timely — timely email responses, timely text responses, showed up on time (earlier, actually), timely photo editions; bottom line: everything was on time!

I found Olga after a thorough process of searching for newborn photographers — I checked multiple photographer’s websites, blogs and Facebook Pages, I read Unilocal reviews and contacted them via phone or email to learn about their style and pricing. Olga was by far the best candidate! Not only her portfolio and pictures on her FB page were gorgeous (loved her style!!! highly recommend to visit and like her page on Facebook), but her pricing was reasonable and she was very prompt in returning emails, which I really liked. Newborn photography is her specialty and expertise, so I thought I can’t go wrong with her!
We exchanged emails and agreed upon the session while I was still pregnant, as it is recommended to book the newborn photosession a few weeks in advance of your due date. But when our baby girl decided to come 2 weeks early, Olga was very accommodating and came to our house earlier than planned.
Olga was excellent during the photo session– very patient (baby was fussy and unsettled in the beginning, so Olga waited patiently for me to calm her down), very professional — she knew exactly what she was doing, had a bunch of great props (headbands, wraps, baskets) that you will love! and even white-​noise making app on her phone to keep baby calm. One of the best things that sets Olga apart is that she lets parents be in the pictures and even will take some great family portraits with you and the baby.
Overall, I would describe our experience as extremely positive and we are very happy with the pictures that Olga took. It was hard to pick only a few for the announcement since they all were sooo good. We will definitely use Olga again for our future photography needs.

I had Olga come out and take newborn photos of our daughter and I also wanted to include her older brother in some of the pictures.
Olga was amazing and we have gotten so many compliments on the pictures (that I used in the birth announcements).
I had contacted her a few months prior to my due date and she was very responsive. Once I had my daughter I contacted her and she came out the next weekend. She was very pleasant to work with and respected what we liked and what we didn’t. She brought a lot of props and headbands (that I loved). She seems to really know how to work with newborns, when they should be comforted… etc. I absolutely loved Olga and plan on having her do all of our future family photos!
