Cali Agent Services served some paperwork for me. They charged a reasonable rate and did the job quickly. They process server used a GoPro camera and supplied me with a picture of the service taking place in case the other party tried to say he was never served. Later, when a government agency lost the proof of service I contacted them and they were able to provide me with an extra copy the next day. If I need paperwork served in the future I will definitely use them again.

Mersiha and her team are great. Extremely helpful, knowledgable, and were always available to answer questions. So happy i came across this business!

Background: To make a long story short, I needed a process server to serve someone out of state after filing my forms with the local small claims court.
If you are a local, you should know that there are people outside the courthouse who «offer their services». (I have not filed a suit my entire life, so, I was at a complete loss… There is no step by step guide… and a lawyer is expensive for a person like myself… so, I turned to Unilocal, like any good UnilocalER would.)
I called all the people on Unilocal that I felt would be helpful. Anyone with 3 stars or up. Some felt SHADY to say the least and some just felt downright rude. I couldnt speak with anyone at CALI when I first called so I left a voicemail. To my surprise they called me back immediately.
Their phone etiquette is professional. I had been ridiculous on the phone, not having all the information she needed in front of me. They were very patient and not once did she put me on hold. I didnt schedule an appointment stating that I wanted to ask around first. (Pricing was important to me. I am not rich. Heck, I am not even comfortable most of the time.) Because I had never met them before, I brought a friend with me. Both for reassurance and for safety purposes. Even without the appointment, Mersiha (owner) welcomed me.
You know the feeling of being at-​ease. Thats exactly how I felt. The staff wasnt dressed like mannequins and they didnt expect me to dress to impress either. I just knew that they didnt look at me from head to toe, calculating how much I can possibly offer up. I felt that I was treated like a human being. The staff let me vent and explain myself. They gave me options. They showed me in black and white, the pricing and they explained their process. Music to my ears. Oh, and they have never made me feel RUSHED. Like they had better things to do. When they were busy or was going to be out of the office when I was expected to arrive, they gave me courtesy calls to let me know I wont find anyone in the office. No time wasted.
The party I wanted served was out of state. Expensive to say the least, IF I had gone with another process server. Without giving names, I can tell you, CAS price was about a third of the total of what other companies were «quoting» me on the phone and in person. It was a relief. And CAS accepts cash, checks, credit cards through an app, so if you plan on paying with a CC, expect that there will be additional fee for the convenience. They will give you a receipt.
They updated me during business hours. Give them at least 2 contact info just in case. Whenever I had questions on the process, Max or Mersiha would call me back. If they felt I needed the answer immediately, they would even call me outside of regular business hour. I felt valued as a customer. That’s rare for most business practices now. To feel valued.
Well, I won my case. And to collect, I didnt have to think twice who I wanted to hire.

they are amazing! very quick to answer the phone with any questions you have, and amazing prices! it’s comforting to know that you can count on a team who truly cares about their clients and understand it can be difficult to afford legal help, if you ever need help contact them! the best thing is knowing they are always available for walk ins :)

5 stars for impeccable service. This was my time trying out this business but it was referred to me by numerous people. Extremely professional but still makes you feel comfortable. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends should they ever need it. Also, the pricing was very affordable. Pleasure doing business, thank you CAS! :)
