Bryan J Drucker, MD

We have 3 kids who have been patients of Dr. Drucker since birth. Dr. Drucker is wonderful, warm, and kind. He has never rushed an appointment; he takes time to explain things and always welcomes questions. He noticed a couple of things early on that we were able to handle right away with our 3^rd child (that he needed a helmet at 4 months and that he needed to be seen by an ophthalmologist for an eye-​turn when he was 2). I trust him completely and have always left the office knowing my kids were receiving the best care. Unfortunately for us, we moved out of state, so we can’t see him anymore, but I highly recommend him!

I am so happy that we left our original pediatrician and switched over to Dr. Drucker for our baby daughter. We had a miserable experience with another pediatrician in the area and switched over to Dr. Drucker. He, along Stanford Pediatric Associates in general, has been fantastic. A prior reviewer said it best — «Best pediatrician & staff ever. Very attentive, knowledgable, doesn’t give up, always looks for the best solution, very accommodating. Can always get my son in. Wish my son could stay there forever. He has good associates, can’t go wrong with any of them. Great friendly office.»

With my husbands job we move quite often and my son has seen a number of pediatricians. Dr. Drucker is easily the BEST pediatrician my son has seen. He was very sincere and kind. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and I never felt like he was in a hurry to leave as I have with many other doctors. We were seen promptly and the check in process was simple. The staff was nice as well. The nurse who administered the shots made the process stress free. Overall, I would highly recommend this office.

My son has been a patient there for 17 years, never had a problem. Best pediatrician & staff ever. Very attentive, knowledgable, doesn’t give up, always looks for the best solution, very accommodating. Can always get my son in. Wish my son could stay there forever. We were referred to this practice after being very disappointed with care received with another pediatrician. We couldn’t be happier with Dr. Drucker and the rest of the staff. Dr. Drucker is the perfect combination of competence and sensitivity that makes us very comfortable with his guidance regarding our 24 month old and our newborn. We never wait in the office and he never gives us the sense that he is rushed. He also has a warm, sincere demeanor perfect for children.

If there was a higher rating than 5 STARS, Dr. Drucker would get IT! Our family has 5 children and all of them grew up with Dr. Drucker. He has always been extremely professional and provided top quality care. We moved from Los Gatos about 10 years ago and have tried several closer physicians in the Palo Alto and Stanford area, but have not found any other Pediatric doctor that provides the high standard and quality of medical service as Dr. Drucker. Many have stated in their reviews that he is a doctor that CARES and that is 110% accurate. His office and staff are absolutely wonderful and have helped us on so many occasions when our children were sick. Even though we live in Palo Alto, we still drive to Los Gatos to specifically see Dr. Drucker. He is always up to date on the latest medical trends and is extremely knowledgeable. We are truly blessed to have such a great Pediatrician and would recommend him with out any hesitation. Thanks for making such a positive difference Dr. Drucker!

Dr. Drucker is a fabulous pediatrician. We have been seeing him for over 8 years. He helped us when we had concerns about our older son’s speech delay. He is extremely patient and always spends the necessary time to explain everything. I am a physician myself and I know how hard it is to find a caring doctor these days.

Dr Drucker is the best! We have been with him since my oldest son was born in 2005. I’ve had a set of twins recently and he is wonderful with them as well. He’s very sweet kind gentle and through. The office is very accomodatimg with same day sick appointments. I like they are open Saturdays too. We always get appointments for the twins on the same day. He’s juSt a really good doctor. I wish he was my dr! I have 4 kids and they are all patients of Dr. Drucker.

Couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician! Dr. drucker truly cares about his patients and takes the time to explain and ensure he covers all questions. Came from another office where each visit felt like a marathon and I felt uncomfortable to ask any questions. Dr. Drucker is truly a dedicated doctor and we feel extremely lucky to have our kids in his care.

To begin, my son’s wellness check with Dr. Drucker was neither helpful nor informative. It was pretty short and Dr. Drucker did not seem to want to spend much time with us, even though my son was a new patient and this was our first time meeting with him.
Dr. Drucker’s medical assistant (Adidta?) is a nightmare. She was rough with my son and didn’t take accurate measurements. When my son developed a fever, I asked Dr. Drucker’s medical assistant what we should do. Her advice was to medicate, medicate, medicate. Even when I asked for what else I could do to make my son more comfortable, like a bath, she kept insisting that I needed to medicate. Then she said I needed to take my son to the ER if he had a fever over 102. This is wrong information, by the way. To top it off, she gave us the wrong dosage info for the medication she kept pushing. When I questioned her, she talked over me and kept insisting she was right. I had to call back, and she conceded that she was wrong after I told her that her info contradicted what we had learned from our previous pediatrician. The medical assistant had given us info based on an OLD chart. When we told Dr. Drucker about this, he merely shrugged and said that it was okay to medicate. He finally gave a feeble apology and said that he was surprised that the medical assistant hadn’t talked to him first.
When our son became seriously sick, Dr. Drucker prescribed an antibiotic. My son had a bad reaction and he refused to eat or drink and had lots of diarrhea after this. It was a scary situation and we wanted to talk to a doctor asap when his fever spiked in the middle of the night. When we called the answering service, I was told that I must call the advice line first before they will contact the doctor. After an hour and a half, I finally got a call from a nurse who said they would call the doctor. After waiting some more time, I finally spoke to the on call doctor. The next day, despite being really sick, my son was not allowed to see Dr. Drucker. Instead we had to see a nurse practitioner. Her advice was to discontinue the antibiotics for one day and that Dr. Drucker would let us know whether we should resume the next day. I called the medical assistant multiple times the next day and even had the receptionist hand deliver a note to her so that she could call me back. I never heard back and was forced to jump through hoops to talk to the on call doctor. Adding insult to injury, I got a call from a random advice nurse the next day with instructions on what to do for our son. Too little too late.
In sum, if you care about your child or your sanity DO NOT go to see Dr. Drucker or go to Pediatric Associates.

Dr. Drucker is fabulous! My son has been going to him for over 13 years and now our daughter (16 months) is also a patient of his. He has a kind and soft way about him that we really appreciate. He’s caring, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. We love Dr. Drucker!

I moved back to SJ with a 1 year old and another on the way in 2 weeks. I needed a Pediatrician I trusted and didn’t know where to start. Dr Drucker was recommended to my family and I am so glad I went to check him out. We had our first visit with Dr Drucker soon after moving here (before #2 came along) and my husband and I both fell in love with him and knew he was going to be a great doctor for both of our children.
With two little ones and all the wellness check ups needed we have been to many doctors visits with Dr Drucker since. I know that when I go in my children are getting the best care. And not to mention his nurse, Adita, she is the sweetest and most helpful nurse out there too.
The office is very accommodating for sick appointments too as there are many doctors in the office. Just know that if you want Dr Drucker you may need to schedule ahead as he fills up quickly. That should tell you right there how great he is!
There have been times where I have needed paperwork or something from Dr Drucker or his nurse Adita and I am always amazed as to how fast they call me back and have it ready.
If you are looking for a doctor that knows what they are talking about, listens to your concerns and needs, great with kids and parents, you won’t be disappointed with Dr Drucker.

He’s an awesome pediatrician. We’ve been coming here since my son was born and Dr. Drucker is fantastic. It’s a busy practice though and you’ve got to schedule ahead; not unlike any busy kids doctor. His nurse Juanita is also great. I wish I could say the same for the front office folks; they can get pretty crabby and snappy at times. But it’s worth putting up with them to get to see Dr. Drucker.

Dr. Drucker is fabulous. I interviewed several pediatricians when I was pregnant with my daughter, who is now almost 11 years old. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. He is also a great listener and really cares about his patients.
My son, who is 3.5 years old, has seen him since he was an infant as well.
He came to the hospitals to visit both of my children when they were born, helped them through illnesses and well care appointments for years, and has never let us down.

Dr. Drucker is very friendly and never hesitates to listen to any concerns I have. My daughter has been a patient of his since 12 months old and she is almost two. I am having another baby girl and she will be seen by him as well. The office staff is accommodating as well and sick appointments are easy to make since the practice has numerous Dr. and NP. I would highly recommend him for being an easy going but knowledgeable doctor!
