DO NOT go here. I came here a few times before and they did a good job. This time when I came, it was completely empty. There was only one employee and she seemed vey preoccupied with some show on her phone. When it was my turn she didn’t ask about what I wanted or what my preferences were. I had to stop her to tell her. She took about a minute on me and rushed me out of the chair and my eyebrows were two different shapes and sizes. So i asked her to correct it and she rushed through it again and went back to watch the show on her phone. This time it looked worse. One was a completely sharp angle and one was still thick. At that point I wasn’t about to have her mess it up again.
Crappy customer service and she did a half ass job AND she rushed me out. Never coming back.

I went to get my full face threaded yesterday and I always forget to ask the lady her name but she’s young and slim. She’s very good.
When I arrived she was already working on someone else but she politely greeted me and asked if I could wait a couple of minutes.
I have no problem with waiting and once she was ready for me it only took about 10 – 15 min to do my whole face. Very fast considering it was the first time I’ve ever had my whole face done (meaning very long side burns).
While she was doing my face 2 other customers came in but that didn’t make her rush or make me feel like I was going to start receiving below par service.
The only down side is that if this young lady isn’t working I won’t get my face or even just eyebrows done. I wish all workers were up to the same par.

I used to love this place but over the years their service got worse. I just came in to a wide open storefront only for the girl to say «we’re not doing brows today because I want to leave, I’m only watching the store.» Hope she feels better but seriously the worst answer.

This is my favorite eyebrow place to go to!
I never get her name but I always go when there’s a slim young girl there, and she’s always making my eyebrows great. I took a 50 min bus ride just to get them done. Haha!
She talks to me, while doing her work and she genuinely cares.
10 dollar price, reviving my eyebrows, and great customer service deserves 5 stars!

The customer service is crappy. :/​There was one girl working the whole store (threading and the cash register for jewelry buying customers). You could tell she was stressed out, hurrying with the eyebrows and not able to let us make our purchase until 15 min later.
I can’t say much about the eyebrow threading here. The customer that was there was complaining about how her eyebrows were uneven. I can’t say that I’m surprised, as again, one girl there running the whole business and poor thing couldn’t understand English very well and the customer’s complaint.
In short: Yes for jewelry. No for eyebrows.

I walk in and it’s more crowded than usual but yknow it was fine good for them for having business cause they never messed up my eyebrows. Until today yup thanks. I sit on that red chair and go, «hello! can you just clean up. I want them to be thick so don’t make them thin at all I just want a simple clean up.» She starts working and I feel a lot of it being threaded off but I brushed it off cause I thought I was being paranoid. She finally finished and gives me the mirror I almost had a heart attack. THATS ME??? there are basically two lines on my face those are not eyebrows. The hell? I asked for a clean up not for her to thin them out so bad that it looks like a line segment. Goodbye what why did I come here. Maybe it was so crowded she rushed it? Idk what the hell happened. my left eyebrow was always the best eyebrow and she managed to mess up so bad that my right became the better eyebrow. left one has a chunk like missing under it thanks lady!!!

Best place to get your eyebrows done, I’ve been going here for years. Just make sure you go before 4pm because that’s when this younger lady works during the week. She is literally the best.

Today a chunky middle-​aged lady messed up my eyebrow! I’ve come here three times already and felt content. She just started w/​o asking my preferences and I foolishly trusted her. She then greeted another client and walked to the counter– leaving me reclined with my hands on my eyes. When she finished threading, I looked in the mirror and I FROWNED. Never have my eyebrows been so lopsided and uneven. The lady had the nerve to say that my eyebrows were already short on one side… Seriously? Don’t blame your customers; we trust you with our money to do what you’re supposed to be good at. If my eyebrows really were messed up to begin with, then she should have fixed it rather than blame me. After grudgingly paying, I came back. Tearing up, I told, her that I wanted to speak to her manager (whom she said was on vacation). I demanded a refund and thankfully I got it but she should be fired; this shouldn’t have to happen to any one else.
Last time, a younger girl took her time and made my eyebrows on point and appear longer so please be cautious when getting your brows done here.

Go somewhere else. Seriously, pay a few more bucks somewhere else because this place isn’t worth getting your eyebrows messed up. Took her a couple minutes and I could have done a better job. I tipped her 2 bucks so that maybe she would try harder for other people

We used to buy the membership here. We went for quite sometime. I mean we were regulars for awhile. The last time we came we did not have the membership anymore. I asked Ritu to give us a discount since my daughter is paying this time. I trusted Ritu that she would give us a discount. So Ritu said that our total was $ 41. I told my daughter to give Ritu the $ 9 tip. When we got home I added all the fees for the services that we had and it added to a total of $ 41. Ritu did not give us a discount she even lied and told me that she did. We would have to drive farther to get to eastridge. I regret the fact that we patronized this business. It is a total regret. When we had the membership whenever we go to get threaded we would always give her a tip. Always, each and everytime we went we would give Ritu a tip.

I usually done my eye brows from Kashish out in Sunnyvale. Today I don’t have time to drive all the way In Sunnyvale. So I decided give chance to this place. Eastridge mall is pretty close to my home. It just 5 min far from my home. I went there today around 2 pm. I got my eyebrow nd upper lips. I m very happy with the service. Personally I had a great experience. The lady Raman Kaur very friendly. She is doing excellent job. Even she understand me. What I actually want it. Yes this place is worth it comparative other places. Will definitely come back. I highly recommaned to all of u nd my friends as well. Just explain them what kind of shape u want and they did pretty good job … Happy with service

I would never recommend this place to anybody especially if you care how your eyebrows look. The lady talked on her phone the entire time didn’t even say welcome or hello she simply said «sit» continued to talk on her phone while doing my brows her breathe smelt terrible and my eyebrows came out HORRIBLE just like the service .! Now I Know why there always empty. Benefit eyebrows is the best and is inside of Maycs definitely worth the wait !

Came in a while ago with a friend. We were shopping at Eastridge and I decided to get my eyebrows threaded. I usually go to another place for threading but decided that since I was here, I might as well because it was convenient. The salon itself looked alright, it was well lit and clean so I thought it was decent. When we came in, there wasn’t anyone else in the store except one employee who was busy on her cellphone. We weren’t acknowledged and stood there for about 3 – 4 minutes before the girl working asked if we wanted to get threaded.
I sat down on the chair and told her the kind of eyebrow shape I wanted. All was fine until she started talking about my acne. I had mild to severe acne on my face at the time and she made a pretty rude comment about it. I didn’t come in so she can access my acne and tell what was wrong with my face. I already have a dermatologist for that and afterwards, she then proceeded to ask if I wanted to purchase a membership here…
Not likely to come back or to purchase a membership.

These obnoxious ladies laughed how my mother talked in her phone. Basically my mother was busy talking about business in her phone while settling down in a chair, and this one tired-​looking lady didn’t start on her brows but she sprinted up to her co-​worker and laughed about the way my mother talked. I swear, they laughed SO HARD, and I could hear them talking from the entrance. After my mother paid them, both of the ladies rolled their eyes.
Fun fact: I gave them a scowl and they stopped laughing.

Will NEVER go here gain. The first time I tried this place I was not happy with the results. I asked for just a slight clean up nothing to thin and shaped. As she was working on my eyebrows she asks, «Do you pencil your eyebrows in?» I was like WHAT!!! Of course she did them much thinner then I wanted but at least she shaped them well. So I decided like 3 months later I would give them another try. It was a different lady this time. I specifically told her NOT THIN I like my eyebrows more on the thicker side and I just wanted them cleaned up. She did it very quick and boy did she clean em up… So thin my entire eyebrow was the same width, I felt embarrassed to be seen in public. Also they werent even shaped they looked completely different from one another. I WILL NEVER EVER give them another chance, Its been 2 weeks and my brows still have not recovered more then 10%. Stay clear if you like having eyebrows that can actually be seen.

Super fast and clean work! This is by far the best job I’ve had on my brows. It’s a little on the pricier side, but there wasn’t even one baby hair in sight when she finished – unlike other places that I’ve paid the same price for. My eyebrows have never been more shapely than when I left this store. Will definitely come back.

This place is an ok place to go to get your eyebrows done. I usually go to Khoobsurat out in Sunnyvale but i decided to give this place a chance. They didn’t disappoint. I went to another place before this one and the lady totally messed up my eyebrows, to a point where they weren’t even on the same level. i had to grow them out for the longest time and when i went here, the lady that did mine was understanding and tried her very best to fix what the other messed up. If i cant go all the way out to Sunnyvale, i always come here and they do a decent job. Plus, the store is very well lit and clean and also has very nice Indian jewelry. They also have this card where if you get your eyebrows done 5 times you can get your eyebrows done for free the next time you walk in. I recommend this place to my friends who are looking for a quick and easy fix up of their brows.

Wow, that is unfortunate that the guy had such a horrible experience. Personally, I had a great experience. Every time I go in, I always try to get Ritu to do my eyebrows. She is always friendly, and makes me feel like I am in good hands. Customer service is such a hard business to be in, but Ritu has it down. She always greets me with a smile and asks me how I’m doing. Yes, this place is a bit pricier than others, but it is worth it to go in for Ritu’s professionalism and skill. The place is always clean and Ritu always listens to my concerns and makes me feel like I can trust her and gives great advice on how to maintain my eyebrows. I never have to worry on how my eyebrows will look because they will always confirm with me before they start working. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Every time I go to Eastridge Mall, I always see Brow Arch across from Daiso. I’ve been checking Unilocal to see if their business has been added but no luck to see if they’re any good. I always see people in there so I finally gave them a chance.
First impression, its a large space with a few chairs and a lot of accessories displayed around the store.
The woman that did my eyebrow threading was very inviting initially and had me sit down after telling her I was interested in eyebrow threading. It’s not my first time eyebrow threading so I wanted my eyebrows cleaned up of any stray hairs and trimming the longer hairs to groom them in shape.
The process was too quick, I was in and out within a 5 minute time span. Anyone that knows me, I’m very particular with how my eyebrows look and I did not leave satisfied. She took off too much hair, she didn’t shape them to what the initial shape was… she made them thinner with a higher/​sharper arch. There’s a saying «Eyebrows aren’t twins, they’re sisters» but they’re not even related after this eyebrow threading.
I just wanted to pay and get out. Pointing out any errors won’t fix the situation since I can’t magically grow that hair back to have reshape, and I wouldn’t want them touching my eyebrows again. She was very pushy about purchasing their membership or prepaying for threading services. After I declined, her attitude was a complete 180 from I first came in.
In two weeks, I’ll definitely avoid coming to this place to get my eyebrows reshaped.
Don’t judge a book by its cover; even though this eyebrow threading establishment is in a clean, well lit store, I would rather have my eyebrows threaded at the kiosk in the mall out in the public to see.
