Brad’s Bistro

This review is for Brad’s home delivery service. He gave me a 1 week sample to try.
Brad is a really great chef. His meals were flavorful and nutritious. He substitutes many of your usual carbs with healthier options: almond flour for the pancakes, quinoa pasta, and brown rice for example. He seasons with nuts and dates. The meals are diabetic friendly but are not bland. You get 3 meals a day, 5 days worth, for $ 150. Delivery to your home in microwavable, reusable containers as well.

Attended a Charity Fundraiser catered by Brad. Pre dinner appetizers including Empanadas, Fruit & Cheese, Pizzettas (?) were delish. Dinner service started off with a small but extremely mouth-​tantalizing Clam Chowder topped with a garlic cheese crostini, followed a lovely Spring Mix Salad. For mains, I had a Cod with Mango Salsa, Soba and what I think was a creamy Kale accompaniment… very nice. My fiancée had Chicken Mole, which was also very delicious, but the fried tortilla bowl but it was a bit soggy by the time it was served. We topped off the night with Tiramisu and Mixed Berries. I loved the flavors of the food, and the emphasis on fresh nutritious ingredients. Would definitely recommend Brad for any catered fine dining event.

I used Brad’s Bistro as a personal chef service to cater a charity fundraiser dinner I hosted for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. It was AMAZING! I couldn’t have been more pleased with the services they provided. The evening started out with creative and gourmet appetizers… the guests were already talking about how delicious they were. Brad then served a three course dinner. The dinner was Phenomenal! I couldn’t believe the quality of the food… everything was delicious. And the presentation was like artwork. I also really appreciated that Brad had a vegetarian main course option for my non-​meat-​eating friends. And one of the most important pieces of the evening, of course, dessert! Not only was it delicious, but it was themed perfectly for the fundraiser itself.
I could not have been more impressed by the quality of the services. Brad’s Bistro was so professional, and everything was done to the nines. My guests haven’t stopped raving about it! I would absolutely recommend Brad’s Bistro, and I plan on using his personal chef skills and services in the future!

I used Brad’s personal chef services for 2 ½ years. He did a fantastic job. Not only was he prompt and reliable, his dishes were incredibly delicious and healthy. I stopped when I moved out of the country. Otherwise, I’d still have him cook for my family!
He uses very little salt and oil, yet his dishes are very flavorful. He is especially skilled at fantastic sauces. He can make a wide variety of cuisines, from modern European to all kinds of Asian and Indian to down-​home American. A typical week could consist of poached salmon, Pad Thai, Greek prawns, vegetable lasagna and bacon-​wrapped fillet mignon. His fried chicken is addictive!
I highly recommend him!
