Had a lock replaced less than a year ago and it recently stopped working properly. Attempted to contact Bonafide to see if he would warranty his work. I have attempted to call for over a week now without a return call. Now, all my calls are being quickly sent to voicemail. I was suspicious of him when he completed the work because he really did not seem to have his stuff together and he took longer than expected. He gave me an estimate to replace a lock and in the end he only repaired it because he purchased the wrong item. The repair worked well enough, but he still charged as though it was replaced. I should have stopped him after he told me he ordered the wrong part, but because I was in dire need of the lock, I had him proceed. Now, less than a year later I can’t even get him to return my calls. I should stopped him when there was a red flag and went with someone else — which is what I have to do now anyway.
