Tess’ 1st pediatrician was Dr. Ayap herself. I was comfortable w/​the overall practice and the location.
Dr. Ayap was very sympathetic towards Eggplant’s situation, thus gave me 2 cases of formula. very generous and sweet of her. The nice lady that served as front office and back office was also extremely nice. she carried the 2 cases of formula out to the car for me.
There is a $ 5 fee for walk-​ins or rushed appointments during peak times (I totally do not get the purpose for this imposed policy). Also, parking can be a HASSLE because this whole business plaza are medically-​related. I luckily found parking right in front *whew*
The new application process was simple. bring in your ID, insurance card, and the immunization card every time.
Another blah– wait time is typically longer than the appointed time.
