Great experience dealing with Rooz and the guys at Auto Glow. Great communication, quickly responsive, and best, and most importantly of all, they did a great job repairing my 2014 Cadillac SRX. Turned it around in a reasonable amount of time, and worked with me on my deductible. I recommend without reservation.

Brought my 2012 VW Passat to them to replace my bumper and they did a great job. They offered great customer service and they kept me posted on the status of my vehicle and they got it done in a week. I’m very pleased! I would def recommend them. Thank u auto glow for getting my baby back in shape!

It is my first car repair work. I really appreciate the effort of Eric and colleagues to get my car look like new.

I got my car painted there about 6 months ago and decided to write a review. My car is a 1990 Mazda and I was doing a color change from red to light blue. I went with the single stage and no door jams. I also wanted my hardtop, door handles and the a pillar to be black. When I first visited car was painted and a pillar was blue so they had to change it. I picked up the car and realized that they forgot to put my Mazda badge back on. Now there is just 2 holes there when I asked them they said they lost it. About a week after I came back there to tell them that they didn’t fix the little indents in the front bumper from the license plate there was also a big run off of paint from the lower drivers door to the side skirt. They said couple days took them a week to finish. When I came to pick up my car again the color of side skirt and door wasn’t matching. I needed the car at the moment so they said drop it off on Saturday. Came by on Saturday they said compressor was being serviced had to reschedule. They said once again should take 2 days took another week. Its been 6 months since and I couldnt stand so many imperfecrions. The big reason why there is so many is simply because they don’t take parts off the simply mask them and clearly don’t do a good job.
1. Weatherstripping on the windshield is part blue still because it was painted blue in the first place and not masked off.
2. The whole car has lots of fish eye and dirt beause they sprayed so fast reason why there was a big blob of paint dried up that looks like it was running on driver side door. When I asked them they said oh yes it’s because its single stage which is bs.
3. They painted over my aftermarket reflectors
4. I have flip up lights and the edges are still red which is really noticeable.
5. When they masked off the door handles they left some of masking tape on the doors and I peeled one little piece off and under it is red.
6. They lost my security bolts for my hardtop so I had to get new ones.
There is more things that I can’t remember from top of my head. So I decided that I’m just gonna get the color codes for my paint and go to a different shop to get things touched up and repainted. When I went to get them they gave me the color codes. I asked them what brand it was they said Sherwin Williams automotive. I went to Sherwin Williams and the sales guy took the color book and said its definetely not the right color. He called autoglow for me and they gave him a different color code and it was even more off than the last one. Sure the price was good but if I knew how bad their customer service is and the amount of times I had to come back and the car still wasn’t ready or something was wrong I would have taken it to another shop in the first place.

I wish I never heard of auto glow! I took in my 1970 Bronco in for a restoration. When I finally got it back it was the worst paint job for $ 6500 ever. I went in to get an estimate. Willie was the estimator and he showed me how much work was involved. I should have walked away when he said it could be done in 4 weeks. Well 6 month later they slapped it together when I told them enough was enough. I had to take it to other shops so I could have the wires that they cut repaired. The air conditioning repaired because the line was cut. I could not even roll my windows down. I had to have it detailed because there was bondo dust everywhere. On my way home my tire carrier swung open.
I stopped by so many times to see what the progress was being done and most times no work was being done for weeks. They had so many excuses it was another story every time.
Well most importantly the paint job is horrible. They didn’t remove the seals so you can see the old paint. The hood has so many blemishes you can’t count them all. There’s over spray and half my engine bay is painted black.
I even tried getting the paint code and Willie just ignored me. They even lost parts I ordered for them to install. It was almost a total loss of money since I had to do it twice.
I own a small business and I hate to give another small business a bad review but this was such a horrible and expensive experience.
Just paid over 1600 dollars to have my wiring redone. They cut ever thing to take the car apart. All the wire had overspray on it to. They only painted half my engine bay. The other shop that did my lift kit found so many other problems. For instance they did not bolt my bumper. Would have been a horrible crash if that came off.

It’s hard to find a shop who can visualize the idea you have for a custom paint job if your looking for quality this is the right place give them a call ask for Erick or any of the staff they can give you a good deal skip the shopping around just give them a call youll be taken care of

After a half-​dozen trips to the shop, my car was repainted from front to end and top to bottom, with some overspray here and there that I can live with, although I imagine if you had a modern vehicle with sensors this would be a problem. Eric was helpful and Roos was hilarious. The shop is busy, so prepare yourself for managing without your car for a while. Thanks for throwing in a new exhaust tip!

The price is right, and they stand by their work. At first, I wasn’t terribly happy but they did everything they could to make it right.
They gave me a great deal to repaint my car. When I got there, I noticed several flaws such as over spray and bad texture. It turns out one of their guys was let go the day he painted my car. They repainted every flawed area and removed the overspray. They even took some money off the bill and refunded my cab fare for the inconvenience. They were pretty nice guys and I didn’t have to even argue for the accommodation.

Everyone makes mistakes and I applaud how this shop handled the situation.
I took my front bumper back to the shop because the paint had started flaking. Spoke to Ben, the shop owner, he rectified what had happened in my previous experience by making sure that they did it right this time.
My front bumper came out great and I didn’t have to wait for very long to pick it up like before. Ben told me that I should contact him directly in the future if I have any quality issues and that he apologized for my awful experience. This shop has taken care of me for years and I shouldn’t let one bad experience depict the work quality of the body shop.

I heard about AutoGlow from another paint shop that does $ 10k+ paint jobs, they said if I wanted a good price and a decent paint job, better than Maaco, then I should try AutoGlow out.
My 1994 Chevy Tahoe had oxidation issues on the roof, hood and sides. I really wanted to do something to make it look new again. I spent $ 1300 for a single stage black paint job and they took out several door dings as well. I got the vehicle back after a week, and I was simply amazed at their work. I wasn’t looking for a 10 point paint job, just wanted to drive my 200k+ mileage Tahoe without the feeling I just came from the junk yard. There was some minor orange peel on one of the fenders, but it really came out better than I expected.
Eric, I believe is one of the owners, and he really made sure everything I asked for was completed. I have since taken my vehicle back to get the windows tinted, broken seatbelt fixed, broken windshield replaced some other odds and ends. They fixed everything, and even gave a discount on the labor.
It’s not going be that shop you go to where everyone has on a company uniform and the office area is like a Oil Changers, but I felt that they took care of my needs, price was right, and gave satisfactory customer service.
Not once did I feel like they were trying to gouge me or try to up-​sell me on anything. I will take my other cars there to have work done in the future.

We haven’t had a car painted in years, so our former body-​work and paint friends were now retired. We went to several Unilocal-​rated 5-​star places, and I got 3 quotes for my red vintage MR2 repaint for exactly $ 5,000, which was out of the question. I really felt vulnerable and unhappy, like they saw us coming and were not even trying to work with us on a price we could afford. I guess some places are so busy that they just don’t need the work. Other places did not do full paint work and would not even quote, and we started to get really discouraged. Then, when we started asking for referrals from the car guys, several recommended Auto Glow, on a little side street off Monterey Highway.
Our quote from the friendly team at Auto Glow was less than half of the others. I admit, at first this made us wonder. But like any business, there are ways to keep overhead down, and I think that is what the Auto Glow guys do, because they certainly deliver on the quality of the materials and workmanship. What was hard to believe was the price. The quote for my car, same color, stock body in fair condition, brought in clean and empty, was under $ 2,000, which was the best. At that price, we wondered if we would be risking getting the great results we were looking for. For those who do not know, you do not want prices that are rock bottom, like under $ 1000, because cheap materials and rush jobs just do not look good and do not last.
I could not believe the quality of their work. I could not speak when I saw my sexy little red sports car, all spanking new in that glossy candy apple red! What gorgeous shiny depth of color! I felt like I was driving the best looking car on the road. WOW! They did a beautiful, flawless job. The detailing was perfect. It just took my breath away. It was hard to believe that they finished it so fast, but it was ready on time in spite of the holiday, and they even came to pick me up when my ride fell through. Talk about customer service!
There were a few details about my 25-​year old car that needed attention, and Willie offered to get those done for us at great prices. I just want to tell all you women that are hesitant about knowing where to go for trustworthy, quality work, this is the place. You can relax and just let them take care of the things that would be time-​consuming and problematic for us to have to handle. You don’t even need to qualify or quibble, just say yes and give them the keys. Let Auto Glow do what they do best. You are going to love the results, like I did. It is just such a relief to find a place you can trust to take your car for paint or repairs.
I respect that these guys have a lean crew, so I respectfully waited for them to contact me to let me know as the work progressed, but like I said, it was ready on time. I can’t tell you how thrilled I am to have my darling car looking so perfect! I had forgotten what fun it is to drive a car that looks terrific. Yeah, I sure wave back with a smile at all the guys who beep! There are not many of this body style still on the road, and mine looks primo. I so appreciate that these guys care about cars.
I did my homework about the 3 levels of quality and pricing levels in full car painting, and the great guys at Auto Glow delivered top notch work at a mid-​range price. So yes, there still are honest people doing great work at reasonable (or better!) prices, and I think that getting referrals from other car guys and Unilocal! was the right way to go.

My car’s front bumper fell down and scratched terribly by accidental hitting. I was advised to drive my car to Auto Glow Shop. Roozben and Erik were very friendly and honest to explain the processing and estimating.
I was so happy when I got the car which looked like new. I want to say that I didn’t regret to repair my Honda Civic at Auto Glow with the excellent service and reasonable charge. Thank you guys.

I use the mechanics shop next door and decided to try Auto Glow when I was side swiped by an agressive driver. Geico was familiar with the shop so I scheduled an appointment for the adjuster to come and dropped off my car the day before. Ben and Eric were super helpful and arranged for Enterprise to pick me up. They dealt with the adjuster so I didnt have to and made sure I got paid for everything I could have. The car came out better than expected, and they even detailed the whole car. I dropped off my rental and got a ride back to the shop and I’m back on the road. Kudos to Geico and Auto Glow for making the process so easy.

Especially i would like to thank Eric and crew for their amazing work. I have a G37 which has a dent on the left door. He gave me a reasonable quote and on top of that did an excellent paint job for my bumper with clearly visible chip. They did the restoration for all my wheel/​rim which do have chips. It looks amazing. I would highly recommend them.

They definitely worked with me with everything they could. The rental was also free with my service because of the Unilocal offer. There was a little issue… the paint job had ripples or «orange peel.» I told them about it and they explained how it’s normal because it had a lot of clear coat. They did tell me a buffer would fix it…$ 300. Not what I planned on spending. I will have to put it off for a bit. I will say, I would have liked knowing that I would have another expense after the paint job was finished. The paint job process lasted a week an a half, in case you were wondering.

My husband and I took our car to get a door repaired and the entire car painted. The paint came out good but they replaced the door and threw away the window with limo tint and returned the car with one window without any tint at all. Thwy also left the fog light covers unpainted so they do not match the new paint either! They had the vehicle for nearly 3 weeks! I woul not recommended them to anyone. Poor customer service. And when we would inquire about the vehicle they acted like we were a bother!

The bumper I got replaced by them looked great unfortunately there was a big issue, I never had a reason to look under my hood since the repair and when I went to get my smog checked for my renewal of registration, my hood wouldn’t open. I mentioned the last place I had my car serviced was to replace my bumper and was told that they didn’t attach the latch correctly in my hood during the bumper replacement. I called them back to mention the problem and was told I couldn’t be seen for another few days. That could have been a big issue for me if my registration was due the following day, thankfully it wasn’t. I just feel like they should have made it a priority to see me because their mistake was a huge inconvenience for me. Long story short didn’t want to deal with it plus I was over my bmw anyways so I just traded it in that same day since I couldn’t be seen.
