I have wasps in my attic and I was told by my home owners insurance that they would call me to set up an appointment, or if they didn’t after a couple days to give them a call. Gave them a call 4 days later, and was told the person I needed to talk to was away from their desk and to leave a message. So, I left a message, they never called back. I call and left messages 2 more times and they never called back… So, it’s now several weeks and I’m back to starting at square one trying to deal with the buggarts in my attic.

If I would be able to rate less then one star, I would.
I invited for an estimate the problem we had with a Stink Bug, David came, gave an estimate of $ 150 and and promised it will take care of it for 6 weeks. they also promise free treatment with a month.
I have waited for 3 days, and called back because not sure what he did, but it didn’t work. Now they wanted me to pay $ 75 for a re-treatment (even its less then 4 weeks as was promised).
So, basically, when they come for an estimate they promise you, so you purchase their service. That is how they business work.
Don’t trust, don’t waist your$$$
