Nicole did a great job with my brows! She was so accurate, helpful and quick with the service. I really appreciated the time she took to get to know my brow shape. She even sent me text reminders! My brows look amazing!
I love the Anastasia stencil brow method and am thankful Nordstrom brought this service back! It’s located near the perfume counters in the cosmetics department.

I have been going to Nicole for awhile now and thank you to her, my brows are tamed and always on point. Not only is she a sweetheart and personable, she’s an expert at what she does. She really takes her time to shape and sculpt my brows using the Anastasia method – it comes out perfect every time! What are you waiting for, make an appointment!

If there is anyone I trust with my eyebrows it’s Nicole! I’ve been going to Nicole for awhile now and she does an amazing job every single time. She takes her time and really knows what she’s doing! She turned my no brows to full brows. She’s the best! :)

I called today to get an appointment and was placed in the vm about 3 times when i finally asked the operator for a little help in obtaining an appointment. So, here is the scoop and my experiences over the past 5 years. Whenever I have walked in, looking to schedule an appointment or have my eyebrows done, there is never anyone there to do it. Either they didnt have someone & were in the middle of trying to find a new person, «she just left», or «is at lunch» or is her day off. Very frustrating. Today, again, the only person that works for the Anastasia Brow studio is not there. So maybe I can at least get an appointment? Waiting for a call back.
I did speak with a manager today. And I am hopeful that some things will change. Will keep you updated dear Unilocalers.
On a side note, because I am both loyal and do love the anastasia method, even after 5+ years, i am still trying.

I got my brows done today by Nicole it’s been about a year since I’ve had my brows done and she did an amazing job! Takes her time and doesn’t let you leave until your satisfied I highly recommend booking an appointment !

Stephanie is awesome, she did a great job! Before doing any waxing, she drew my eyebrows with a stencil to give me and idea on how they’ll look and corrected what I asked her to.
I was a walk in and She was very accommodating, staying for me after her last appointment. I’m very happy with the result!

Stephanie is amazing. After coming here I can’t go anywhere else. She is so amazing at doing eyebrows. So easy to make an appointment too. I definitely recommend coming here.

Not sure why everyone gave this place a bad review. I didn’t make an appt and ended up waiting about 10 minutes, so not bad. I forgot the lady’s name unfortunately but she was super super nice and ask me super specific questions about how I wanted my eyebrows and what I have done with them in the past. She also asked me about my makeup habits and if I fill them in everyday and whatnot. Then she talked about the different shapes she had stencils for and if I wanted her to use a stencil on me or not. I opted for the stencil so she used that to shape my brows. The waxing was quick and precise, didn’t hurt at all. Then after, she filled them in and taught me how to fill them in as well. My brows look amazing and I ended up buying the brow powder she used on me. Will be coming back. Much much better than the Benefit brow bar in Macy’s. $ 30, but it’s worth it.

The Worst! If you want NO eyebrows the last ½ of your brow this is the place to go! She absolutely ruined them.

First let me say that my first experience at an Anastasia Brow Studio was in San Francisco. The woman was amazing and I would definitely give her a 5 star Unilocal.Like the other reviewer, I was super excited that we got an Anastasia Brow Studio at Valley Fair. I saw Sarah a couple of times. The first time she told me that I was wearing the wrong brow color. She said I should be wearing Ash Blonde, not Golden Blonde. I needed more brow powder so I bought the Ash this time. After my appt I noticed that I had broken out in these weird raised bumps on my eyebrows and on my lip where she also waxed.
On a trip to Denver, I had the opportunity to go to the Anastasia Brow Studio there and that girl, Renee, did an amazing job just like the SF Studio. She confirmed that I should be wearing Golden Blonde and had me exchange the Ash Blonde for Golden Blonde. I told her about the bumps experience with Sarah and she said that basically she did a poor wax job. She pulled the root of the hair to the surface instead of pulling it all the way out. «A rookie move» she said. I told her that Sarah had been at Valley Fair for 1 ½ yrs so she should not still be a rookie. Generally, I would add that the shape of my brows was much better with Renee than with Sarah. If you are interested in the Anastasia Brow experience, don’t go to Sarah.
