I am looking for bookeeping services so I contacted them from their online email form. No response for 2 weeks so I emailed them directly using the email listed on their website. No response for another 2 weeks so I called because I know email is not always reliable. The female who answered the phone said oh yes I think I got your email but send it again. So now my third attempt I resent the email and no response for another week or follow-up call. So their services may be fantastic but I’m just reviewing them on their service.
