Always Safe Pool Safety

Had these guys come out yesterday and put the baby barrier up around our new pool. They were professional efficient and did great work. You will have a hard time beating their prices too, which was a major reason I went with them. We put up a 4ft brown barrier, something everyone else wanted to up charge us for, not these guys, I couldn’t say no. Strongly recommend Always Safe Pools to anyone in the market for a baby barrier.

Always Safe Pool Safety Barriers
As foster parents, we are required to have a safety barrier around our swimming pool. We called the Northern California installer in early June. An estimator came by. He had concerns about our paver decking, but after a call to the installer Barry, he said they could do the job. During the installation Barry called to our attention that some of the pavers were popping up and asked if we wanted to continue the installation. Since the fencing would not stay up, we soon had the pavers cemented in. Barry was called to return and complete the job. Here is where customer service starts going downhill fast. Barry would not return our calls until we called the supplier in Orange County. When he did call back, he acted very defensive, and grumbled all during the job completion.
After a review of the installation in July by a county inspector, we called Barry back, and he said he would have to charge money to return and correct installation flaws, including the spring closing gate that fails to latch. He is a NO SHOW and apparently does not believe in customer service or product quality.
All this issues have been corrected by a local San Jose installer, and the County is satisfied. This fence is all about the safety of children, and all Barry cares about is a quick buck.

Five years after my Katchakid net completely failed I found Always Safe after quite a bit of online research to come re-​install a brand new pool safety net. They were able to reuse the previously installed anchors which was a nice bonus. This is a family run operation and the installation team was very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Safety is absolutely critical not only for my own children but house guests with young children as well.
I am personally a big fan of safety nets, while they take 5 – 8 minutes to take on/​off, there really is no better safety mechanism if installed properly. I am very happy with Always Safe, in fact I had a small issue with the net, the team was out within 4 hours to quickly repair. Good guys!

After considering several companies and receiving estimates from all of them, we decided to use Always Safe. As everyone that is a parent knows, pools are dangerous attractions for kids (and some pets) and safety comes before everything else including the aesthetic beauty of a pool area. Before we made the decision to install a removable fence versus a safety net, we wanted to make sure it served it’s safety purpose, but also didn’t look like a eyesore or took up to much of the usable backyard space. We also wanted to make sure that the product would last and that the company installing it would be there should we have any problems. Not to mention the process of dealing with them prior to installation.
Well all that said we are please to recommend Barry and the team at Always Safe. From the very beginning his company was professional, honest, forthright, competitive, and responsive. They came when they said they would (I even had them come out twice), there price was right based on overall value, and when it came to talking through the process and how the install day was going to go, they were very honest about the process and what to watch out for. On the day of the install they came on time, were incredible accurate to careful about laying out the fence line, and double checked with us every step of the way. To my surprise they were diligent about being clean and organized through the entire 6 hour process, hosing the dirt and dust as they went along. It was impressive. So much so, it compelled me to write this review … my first ever on Unilocal!
