Alpha Cab Express Service

I wish I didn’t have to give this company even one star. One of their drivers in a car numbered 411 is a horrible driver and he should be taken off the road before he hurts someone or even worse kills someone. This guy was going 40 mph on the freeway, breaking every five seconds and swerving into other lanes. Unfortunately, I was behind him and ended up having to get off on the same exit he was getting off at all the while almost causing three accidents. After getting off the freeway He almost ran a yellow light but then decided to stop in the middle of the intersection (not sure which would of been worse) causing the guy behind him to slam on his breaks, any experienced driver would’ve taken the yellow light because it made more sense. anyhow I was at the same light as him on a 2 lane road trying my best to get away from him as quickly as possible and then dude swerves all the way into my line and if I wasn’t and able to swerve into oncoming traffic he would’ve totally swiped the whole side of my car luckily there were no cars coming the other way or I would of had nowhere to go. I’m shaking, freaking out that he almost just ruined my car, scared the shit out of me so I honked at the guy and he looks at me like I’m crazy. Please for everyone’s safety please stay away from this cabdriver/​service he really needs to be taken off the road he cannot drive. I have no idea why anyone would get in a car with this guy. I rather jump out of his car on the freeway then let him drive me anywhere. After reading the other reviews I’m so thankful he did not hit me because it sounds like they are uninsured. I can guarantee you this guy did not have a valid drivers license. My dogs were in the car with me at the time and I bet my dogs could drive better than he will ever be able too. He had two typed pieces of paper that said «Paratransit» in the back of his window. I highly doubt he was working for their service, I think it’s a cover up. But if he was working for them and is driving ppl around with disabilities so help me God. I don’t even want to think that. This guy like really pissed me off.

Be careful with this crew. Make sure your insurance is up to date.

very rude staff. i was in an indian store, the driver is in and cuts in front of me, yells obscenities and proceeds to threaten me. Had i known her is a cab driver, i would have raised hell and called the police.
do yourself a favor and never patronize them. they will eventually go out of business… soon.

Wow, I don’t even know where to begin.
I was driving to work at about 7:30 am and going through an intersection, my light being green, remaining green, when I see a cab approach on my right on a side street. I glance over to see the cab driver glance at me as he pulls into the intersection on a RED LIGHT without even slowing down. I slam on my brakes, almost hit the guy next to me all the while watching the passengers in the back seat curl up into the fetal position and shield their faces with their arms. ALMOST a terrible accident. Nothing from the driver. I must have super powers and am invisible to him.
So, thinking I am doing the cab company a favor by calling to report a liability to them I call the number on the back of the cab. As I am putting my ear piece in prior to moving my car the cab drives off with the green turn light. The company representative answers hears my story and then asks me what color the cab is. I say that I believe it was dark blue and white and she says (all ghetto by the way) «Well, our cabs our black and white so it wasn’t us» To which I say, ‘it was you because I called the number off the back of the cab.” She says «Sorry, we are black and White, bye» And hangs up on me.
I call back and ask to speak to a supervisor and she says «I already toll you (yes, toll) we are black and white and you said blue and white» and yelled «IT ISN’T US» and hung up on me again.
Like a fool, I call back thinking that the company now needs to know about their ghetto, rude employee as well as their bad driver. She answers and knows it’s me with two words out of my mouth asking for the supervisor. I let her know that if she hangs up on me again I will be calling the police to report a drunk cab driver as his driving was that erratic so unless she wants the police out there to put me through to a supervisor. I am transferred around about 6 times, explaining why I am calling each time and the last time I must have been frustrated as another employee says to me «I don’t like the tone you are using with me». Wow, really!!! I get hung up on twice, transferred around, dealt with rudely and in a low rent manner and she doesn’t like my tone??? Finally I leave a message and I am not surprised that after I week I have never been called.
Besides the nasty, ghetto, non existent customer service, bad drivers I think this cab company is probably not on the up and up. When I google the telephone number ‘Yella Cab’ (yes, yella, no spelling error) and when you call they answer Yella but when you google the name Alpha Cab Express Service comes up. What is your name anyway? Hiding from someone?
Not only never call this company, try to drive as far away as possible from them when you see them on the street.

Uninsured drivers!
A cab from this company hit my car after pulling right in front of me. The driver was horrible to deal with. After 2 months of a hassle (and $ 3000 in damages to my car) — - I got a letter from my insurance company stating that the driver was UNINSURED!!! This is unacceptable, illegal and quite frankly just bad business practice. I plan on suing the driver and the company for my losses.
