All Fresh Temp

DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS! We called All Fresh Temp because the air conditioner was not working. The technician said that the unit needed replacement. The current unit is about 15 years old and a TRANE. He said the entire unit needed replacing and did not suggest replacing it with another TRANE unit as he said you can’t get parts for it. Didn’t sound right, so called Dale’s Heating and Air Conditioning. They came out and for $ 100 replaced the filter and a switch. The unit is now working fine.
When I called and complained to All Fresh Temp they agreed to refund my $ 200. They eventually sent the check, but it BOUNCED.

At first, Ramiro’s team was good but as far as being on time, they failed to show twice without warning so they are not reliable. I would never use them again. It’s too bad.

Ramiro and his team were recommended by a colleague who is discriminating about quality work and whose opinion I respect.
Ramiro responded to my phone call inquiry and examined under my house for broken ducts. He informed me that loose asbestos was present. Also recommended that the air conditioner unit be replaced because it was 27 years old.
I had the full HVAC system replaced: AC unit, heater. and ducts. The entire job was completed in three days, one day less than anticipated. AC is working fine (haven’t needed the heater yet).
The crew was hard-​working, polite, and cleaned up each day.
I would recommend this company.

Ramiro replaced our upstairs A/​C unit and furnace in June. He did a great job. He and his crew were professional, clean, courteous, and did the work during a heat wave on a Sunday! We couldn’t have been happier. Fast forward two months, heat wave, the unit is making a noise. We called him this morning, he was here at 2:00. Oh course the unit was calm and quiet when he got here, but he still did a thorough inspection of the unit and airflow. No charge. If we have any more problems, he’ll come right back out. Great guy, great service. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing A/​C.

They put in new A/​C 11 months ago and did a good job for a very competitive price. When my A/​C stopped working this hot weekend Romero made room in his schedule and stopped by on Monday to figure out why. Turned out it was just the circuit breaker but the fact that he came out so promptly (and no charge) was impressive. Use these hard working, honest guys if you need a/​c services!

On a routine visit Friday, the inspector informed me that my house ducts system condition can become dangerous because of rats, rust and moisture. Simply endangering my six years old son.
Immediately we started looking for contractor to replace the duct system. We got different offers, but a friend of mine referred the All Fresh.
I called them and they came in no time to look at and give a quote. The price was reasonable and I signed it on spot and for the work to start on Monday. I put $ 240 advanced down payment.
On the Monday, they didn’t call and didn’t show up as planned, so I called and to my surprise no one of their numbers were working. Getting worried about the down payment and the hassle, I texted my friend who had no explanation .
After one hour from their estimated time, they arrived with some explanation to the late and the phone service interruption.
They immediately started, a very organized clear procedure that I really impressed with.
They did extra jobs that didn’t charge for and I added one extra vent and electronic filter at good prices. They didn’t even take the advantage of shooting up the price. The ducts are r6 but they put r8 at no extra.
The job is done on time and the system is running so perfect
I strongly recommend them but you do need to follow up on them to make sure all the final touches are accounted for. Overall the team is friendly honest and welcoming for any note.

All fresh temp is very professional, very friendly, good price, and good quality units. They go beyond than what you ask for.

Our air conditioner was not cooling the house like it used to, so we started looking for a company to come out and have a look. I called many places, but none of them were willing to come out on a Saturday.
I finally came across All Fresh Temp and they made an appointment with me to come out Saturday morning. Javier called before arriving to confirm the address and the appointment. He was able to easily pinpoint what the problem was. He replaced some needed parts for us and refilled the unit with Freon. The parts that were replaced came with a life-​time warranty.
We are now enjoying cool air again and wont hesitate to call All Fresh Temp again in the future.

Absolutely unprofessional and untrustworthy lot. If you are looking for a sub-​par quality work that stays unfinished and want an ulcer to go with it these are the guys for you. Attaching photos to show the lack of quality. Ramiro will say what you want to hear but will jet as soon as another or bigger job comes through. It will be 9 months now since we are waiting for him to finish the job. Will not recommend to anybody. I’m sure I will get a call either to promising to finish the job or some sob story on why it’s not completed yet.

Buyer beware.
The other reviews are so positive, but why is mine negative?
tl;dr
— Was late a lot. Did not call ahead of time to inform us that they would be.
— Installed a HVAC unit that was larger than the previous unit, and is (according to another contractor) too large for our single-​family house.
— Did not perform a «Manual J» load calculation even though both the HVAC and duct systems were being replaced.
— Denies that a noise problem is present, even though every one who lives here can attest to its existance (my son wakes up from his sleep sometimes due to it).
I do not recommend this business. Look, it’s 12:41am, I’m sleepy, but here I am typing this to provide some balance. If I were remotely satisfied with the installed system, wouldn’t I be sleeping in bed by now?

I gave All Fresh Temp a call earlier in the afternoon and they came out later that day. Romero and his assistant were knowledgeable about their product line and had the heating unit replaced by 10:00 A.M. the next morning. The new unit is more efficient and quieter than older unit.
I’d recommend All Temp, they were on time and on budget, Great Job!

Javier and his crew replace all ductways in my attic and under the house. The old ducts in the attic had asbestos, which made removal more complicated. Javier spent a lot of time explaining what needed to be done, and took pictures of the finished work for me. He was prompt, professional and very competitively priced. I highly recommend All Fresh Temp.
