Mr. Richard Alexander and his team are exquisite and I couldn’t be happier with their services. They were truly caring and definitely took care of my family and I. I visited a couple of other attorneys and I was feeling discouraged. Almost giving up, I called Alexander law group and after speaking with Richard, I knew we were on to something good. He is extremely intelligent, sharp, quick, and has a great personality. Nina was also a pleasure to work with and they make such a dynamic team. Their whole office was caring and professional, and I highly recommend using them.

Nina Shapirshteyn is one of the best attorneys we’ve ever worked with. She is incredibly smart and quick on her feet, able to adapt to all the curveballs thrown her way both in depositions and in trial. But what sets Nina apart is how much she cares about her clients and works tirelessly to give them the best chance possible. We always felt like she was truly in the fight with us. Several times someone in our company would email her in the middle of the night and receive a response within several minutes. She explained the process to us clearly and concisely every step of the way so we could make informed decisions. And she always seemed to come up with the angle or argument that nobody else saw. I’m sure Mr. Alexander and his team are good lawyers, or he wouldn’t be able to maintain his fancy office. But I can’t remember the last time I was treated with the disrespect and disregard they showed me during the days of my trial. I was reduced to a piece of meat. Half the time they didn’t even tell me what was going on. It was like «just sit there and shut up, kid, and don’t interfere with the adults.» And I’m no spring-​chicken.
I’d show up in his office or in the courtroom every morning of the trial, and neither Mr. Alexander nor any of his team members greeted me with as much as a smile or a «good morning.» Only his receptionist was polite.
Alexander is a sleaze-​bag. And he must be some kind of sadist, because he seemed to do everything he could to make me feel inferior. Shouldn’t your attorney be supportive? The experience was so upsetting, I had to have my doctor prescribe tranquilizers to get me through it every day, and I went home every evening feeling very low..
And I’ve learned that Alexander has never been capable of keeping his staff members, as they all leave him after a while because he’s so obnoxious.
