Advanced Building Maintenance

We recently switched cleaning companies to advanced building Maintenance in August. I had waited to write the review so I could really asses what ABM had to offer. My first appointment was with both Daniel and Andrew, who were very professional. We went for a walk through of both of our locations. Being a museum there are many special needs and responsibilities that we require out of cleaning company and they have exceeded our expectations. They only come twice a month, but I must say they do an excellent job; my staff even noticed on how much better it looked.
What I really like about this company, is that they tailored a quote and cleaning régime specific to our museums needs. They even clean out our fridge once a month! The other bonus about this company is the personalized care you receive. Ill receive an email from them to remind me they are coming and to see if there is anything we need specifically to be done. This company is great because they take of everything! I am very happy that I made the decision to switch over to them!

Great building maintenance company! I was looking for another vendor for my office and I came across Advanced… I spoke to Daniel who was very courteous and prompt. I requested a site evaluation and he had an appointment the following afternoon.
He showed up 10 min early (bonus points) and took some measurements, photos, and sketches of the area. He said he would calculate and draft a quote for me once he went back to the office.
I received an email quote that afternoon with a breakdown of services provided by their company.
The quote was very reasonable and competitive.
Great service with a high level of professionalism, couldn’t be happier with the choice of Advanced for my building. Highly recommend!
