Adrienne C Sabin, DPM

I want to preface this review by saying that I RARELY see the caliber of person, let alone professional that Dr. Sabin is. I went to DR. Sabin a few weeks ago with possible plantar fasciitis. The atmosphere at the office was warm and inviting, and the staff was courteous and helpful. Upon examining my foot Dr. Sabin found an unusual lump and proceeded to do a through examination including x-​rays and an MRI. The results found a lytic lesion which could possibly be cancerous. She immediately booked an appointment for me with a personally recommended Oncologist. Unfortunately, I have CaliforniaCare Anthem Blue Cross which very few doctors accept. Dr. Sabin personally researched available oncologists and found an outstanding one that does accept my coverage. This was far beyond what most doctors I have had experience with would do, and I owe her a great debt.
If you wish to see a highly skilled, and genuinely CARING doctor… look no further. I only wish she where my GP!

I enjoyed my visit to Dr. Sabin’s office. After some poking around on Unilocal looking at different offices,
I decided to go with her. I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was very friendly. She let me know I could fill out the new patient paperwork online to help speed up the process once I got it.
The office is in a quiet neighborhood in Downtown San Jose and is small but doesn’t feel cramped.
Dr. Sabin was very warm and friendly as she asked me some general questions about my feet and what was going on with them (which goes a long way because I am really self conscious about my feet). She then explained to me what could be the possible problem and told me a few solutions.
She prescribed a few creams for me to use for my feet and toe (athletes foot, yay: p), and told me to check back in in a few months.
I’m happy to have found Dr. Sabin and am confident that my feet will be better in no time thanks to her!

Dr. Sabin is amazing! She really listened to what I have to say and is very nice. I went in because of some high arch problems and she suggested helpful exercises for it. I highly recommend her, and I wish she was my regular physician instead. :P

Went in on Tuesday to remove an ingrown nail (ouch! I know) Dr. Sabin is amazing in what she does, she listens to you and answers all your questions. Amazing work and staff too.

I saw Dr. Sabin for my flat feet, hoping that she would be able to provide Hyprocure, a surgery implant for flat feet. However, she was very honest with me in our appointment and told me that her patients are usually more conservative so they go the orthotics route, and she has really only done a few hyprocure surgeries, and while she could do the procedure, she was probably not the best for what I was looking for. She referred me to Dr. Richard Abe instead, where I got the hyprocure surgery done. I was really thankful for Dr. Sabin’s honesty and referral though. I feel like most Dr’s would have wanted to keep my business and try to convince me to go with orthotics, but I didn’t get any pressure for Dr. Sabin at all. Thanks!

Just stepping into the office to Yvonne’s sweet face makes my foot feel better. Dr. Sabin and her staff are invested in developing a good relationship with their patients and concerned for their patients well being and comfort. Look no further. This is the absolute best podiatrist in the greater bay area! Marissa is swell too!

I came in worried about a problem with my feet and was so well taken care of here. Knowledgable and compassionate medical practice from the front desk to the doctor. I highly recommend her practice!

Dr. Sabin is a great, honest doctor who does not waste your time or money. She took a skin sample from my itchy heel and gave me a prescription, which greatly reduced but did not eliminate the symptoms. We spoke about this at length on the phone, and she gave me the name of a dermatologist to consult. She said her goal was to make me 100% better, not 80% better. I appreciated her not making me come in when she could not help me any further with this situation. She has earned my trust and I will return to her for all of my foot care needs.

Dr. Sabin has always been good and I have not had any dealing for many years until now. Her office staff has been atrocious. Disregard emails sent to them for days or weeks. Disregard phone messages. If you go, likely you can see a good Dr. Let her know that her office staff are asleep.

I had an ingrown toe nail and it got infected and she could see me the same day and do the procedure that day as well. It was fast and easy and she and her stuff were great! I will definitely recommend her.

I moved since my last visit to Dr. Sabin, and received forwarded mail about my account.
Apparently my co-​pay was $ 45 (instead of the $ 40 listed on my insurance card), so there was a $ 5 balance.
I received a bill for $ 100. Yes, $ 100. $ 95 in penalties I guess? WTF? They sent my $ 5 balance to a collection agency after they jacked it up to $ 100.
I’m going to complain, and of course feel different about dealing with them again. Such a shame.

Dr. Sabin is the best! I have been under her care just under a year now. If I wasn’t relocating, I most diffidently retain her services. Staff & Physician continues to impress me on the care & attention I receive. I never feel like I am just patient or number.

My first visit to Dr. Sabin was today. She saw me at her lunch time, just because I had severe foot pain. I though that was so fantastic! Finally a doctor who really cares! She was able to find out the reason and suggested medicines and physical therapy so I will update with how that goes. I am just so impressed she fit me in! The world needs more such doctors, where it’s not just a job to them! Five flying stars!

It’s hard to find a Dr. who takes their time these days! Dr. Sabin and her staff are really great! She is very patient and informative. She performed my surgery and everything went really well. I well be going back for any future foot or ankle issues. =]

I just had an appt with Andrea and WOW! I am preparing for a LOOOONG walk and have been struggling with foot pain. I found Dr. Sabin to be knowledgeable and kind and that is a sweet combination. AND she got me in so quickly! i give her 5+ stars!

I walked into Dr. Sabin’s office to ask the billing department a question about finances (whether it was possible to schedule a December surgery not to have to pay a new deductible next year). Dr. Sabin heard my story and ended up advising me even though I did not have an appointment. Everyone there was very friendly, and she seemed very knowledgeable. She convinced me to wait and see how my feet would do with the orthotics my previous podiatrist had given me. I am definitely going to go to her in the future, and will send my son to her too!

I had never seen a podiatrist before, and I found Adrienne to be very knowledgeable and very good at explaining herself. She helped allay my concerns (which, it turns out, were groundless) and she was very warm and engaging as she did so. I had about 6 questions, kind of a laundry list of feet issues, and she took the time to respond to each one thoroughly. She even made sure that I the newest pair of shoes I had bought were supporting me properly. Her office staff were friendly as well, making the entire experience a positive one. I would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone, or to consult her myself again in the future if I have a need.

I have been having some dance-​related foot pain and am glad to have found Dr. Sabin! She is attentive, knowledgeable, and realistic. I have the sense that she provides information and advice without beating around any bushes!
The secretary was also great — I called to get a last minute appointment (same morning!) and she was able to accommodate me. I barely had to wait because I was the only patient in the office at the time. The office is located in a rather cozy-​looking house and they have an x-​ray machine in-​house, should you be unfortunate enough to need to use it.
