Worst horrible experience ever. They tore my new flooring in my laundry room, because they sent 1 guy to move and repair a washer. Told me washer was hooked back up and when I used it, it flooded my whole down stairs, because the drain was not put in the correct spot. Customer service women was totally rude, NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS with this joke of a company.

I actually won’t even give them 1 star, horrible service, the technicians have no knowledge, they are a total waste of time. Also takes forever to schedule a repair. Please find another replacement. You will be happy.

ADA Appliance Repair was kind enough to give an estimate over the phone (not everyone does that), offer their suggestion as to what the issue actually might be for one appliance, and let me know the other issue I had called about required a different repair service. Compared to the altercation I had with another repair place just moments before, I felt it was necessary to review this place positively and bookmark for when I need to use their services.

I had issue with my samsung dryer I been calling around to find some one how can work on Samsung finally I called Ada appliance they told me yes we do work on on this brand, tech nation Steven show up on time give us very reasonable price, more important they had part on their van so I don’t have to wait few days for part, dryer is been fixed wifey is happy so !!!

I called ADA on a recommendation from another appliance repair company when they couldn’t fix my Thermador oven. Thankfully they recommended ADA and Steven came. He diagnosed the problem right away and had the replacement part with him. He fixed that and my LG frig, which had a frozen water hose. Unfortunately it cost a $ 100 to find out how they fix this common problem with the GL frig but now I’ll be able to do on my own should it happen again.
Steven was curtious, clean, and explained everything he was doing and provided me with options before proceeding. Pricing was a bit stiff for the refrigerator considering how easy of a fix it was but I’ll consider it good training for me.
I would totally recommend ADA to all my friends and I’d ask for Steven. He was terrific.

Steve came on time with less than a day notice to fix my dish washer. Identified the issue and fixed it in less than an hour at competitive price. Very professional and courteous!

Called and left a message re: dish washer repair needed to my Miele. The gentleman called back in an hour and came right over. He was knowledgable and took to time to diagnose the issue and advise on future care. I would call them again for ally appliances.

We have an LG Tromm that was not running and giving us codes left and right! After checking with some of Steve’s competitors, who require a fee to even come check out your problem, we decided on ADA and called Steve. First of all, he is SO knowledgeable he had us try some things with the machine and got it working! He came out to check on our machine as well and still never charged us. He is very amicable and great to work with. We will definitely call him again if or when our Tromm goes south. Cannot recommend Steve enough. He is terrific!

I have an LG dryer that had a cracked drum. I ordered a new drum online and called around to have the drum installed. What I found was that the vast majority of appliance repair specialists don’t work on LG. Great. So I called LG to get the name of an authorized repair service. The only one they have in the area is in Sunnyvale and when I looked them up on Unilocal they had horrible reviews. I mean really awful reviews, to the point of scary. So that was a no go.
After a couple of days of intermittent calling with no luck I found myself without a dryer and getting desperate. Now it was noon on the Saturday before New Years and of course no one was taking calls. After 3 days without a functioning drying my wife was starting to get a little, um, upset.
I get a hold of an outfit in Redwood City that actually works on LG’s and has decent reviews. At this point I’m cautiously optimistic. So I ask, how much do you think the repair will cost? Remember, I already have the part. They tell me $ 575! Now I’m thinking that I’m either going to have to fork over $ 500+ or buy a new $ 1,200 dryer. I tell them thanks but no thanks and start calling again.
Somehow I stumbled on ADA and gave them a call. They answered the phone, which was somewhat unexpected given the day, and told me they worked on LG dryers! Not only that, they could come out that day and repair it. Cost? $ 125! Needless to say I was excited. They told me they could make it between 2 and 4.
2:05 and I get a knock on the door, it’s ADA. The guy comes in looks at the dryer, which is sitting on top of my washer, and says no problem. I bring him a step stool and he gets to work. I should mention here that I have worked with many contractors over the years and didn’t always find them to be the neatest workers. This guy was different, he was very neat and very careful.
When he took the dryer apart he informs me the reason the drum broke was because one of the rollers was broken and the drum wasn’t rotating smoothly. I actually expected this was the case because of the thump, thump, noise the dryer had been making prior to breaking. But now I’m a little bummed because we’re going to have to order a part, right? Nope, he has all the LG parts on hand. Better yet, it’s a $ 25 part and no extra fee for replacing it. Stoked. He installs the roller, puts the new drum in, puts the dryer back together again, packs up and he’s done. All in about 45 minutes. The dryer is not only working again but no thump, thump noise. Very quite and smooth.
Obviously I would recommend ADA and would work with them again if I have another appliance problem. If you’ve got an LG you have to call these guys. If not, call them anyway.

Since moving into our new condo, we’ve had to utilize the homeowners warranty multiple times. When my dryer wasn’t drying things completely, Sears came out, told me that it was working and the problem must be in the vent. Cleaned the vent — no luck. ADA came out, replaced the thermocouple and now it works fine. ADA also came out and fixed my stove, and my dishwasher. They were always on time, very polite, and did the repairs quickly! How much more can you ask for?

I had a horrible experience with this company! My oven was acting up and I needed to have it the heating element checked out. Service man arrived at noon on Friday took a look at the model of the oven & informed me he could not look at the heating element as he didn’t bring his dolly. I waited all morning for his arrival and then was told he couldn’t do anything. What a waste of my time! He told me he would investigate the problem on the internet and call me on Monday. In addition, he said he would come back on Tues between 9 & 11am with his dolly so he could take the oven out and check the heating element. Not only did he not call on Monday, he didn’t show up on Tuesday! It’s been two weeks and I have not heard a word. Bad, bad service!

A gain Steve done a professional service, I recommend Steve to all my Unilocal member, If you looking for fast service and reasonable price Steve is the man you looking for.

My washer had a leak (drain pump problem). They are prompt in returning calls and coming on time. They are very professional and courteous.

My dishwasher died during the evening and I contacted Steve through Service Magic, hoping to leave a message. He answered the phone and said he could fit me in between 3 and 5 the next day. He showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, located the part, quoted a price, got the part, installed it and solved the problem. He was pleasant and he left the kitchen as clean as he found it. I’d call him again in a heartbeat!
