I needed a rental car in a pinch. It seemed like everywhere else was not going to work (either too much of a hassle, or not very negotiable). These guys were my last resort, I thought if they don’t work out I’m just going to have to wait another couple days and be late for my family trip. When I came in and even on the phone, the owner (John, I think) was friendly and helpful. I told him my situation and we got started right away. I was in a rental in no more than 20 minutes. He explained all the fees to me and asked if I had any questions before I left. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars, is because you don’t really get to select your vehicle, and if you could, the selection appears extremely limited. All in all I got what I came for, the rental I was given ran without a problem was great on gas, and got me where I needed to be. I would go here again for a rental, and would suggest it to a friend for fast, friendly service.

Needed to rent a cheap car while my parents were visiting and this place got me exactly what i needed. I understand the comings about service hence minus one star but like the one guy said you get what you pay for. If you need a cheap rental car then I would recommend this place

the worsed place to rent a car! i yes they except cash dont have to have a credit card but when i was getting in to the rental car the guy came out saying hold on the mechanic has to adjust something and lifts the hood of the car and was working on the car. then trying to start the car they had to jump start it! what are they serious this place should not been in business! i felt like i was at bedrock with the flinstones!!!
they said to come back to get jumper cables just in case. oh and they might have a extra battery from another car they can trade it out… what are you serious. and they dont refund you!

I don’t doubt the previous poster’s experience here. This is basically a shack with a dozen cars in a parking lot in back. The cars are old, have over 100,000 miles on them, not cleaned very well, etc.
However, the guy who runs the place gives great deals and is very flexible about returning the car. You need to call him first and let him know you are coming, so he can show up if no one is there. No late fee for being an hour late on the weekend. If you need insurance (like I do), then it’s only $ 10 more a day, as opposed to almost $ 30 at other places.
Renting takes about 10 minutes in and out.
Overall, this is more like paying $ 50-​$ 60 bucks a day for borrowing a car from an acquaintance rather than the top-​level customer service you would get at a brand-​name place. I wouldn’t use it to pick up anyone important at the airport. But when I need something to get me here to there without paying up the wazoo, it does the job.

Worst experience ever. We rented a vehicle and scheduled for it for 9:00am. There were no workers there; when I called them (cell/​work number) he came in 1 hour late. After waiting for an hour, the owner then started to clean the vehicle.
When I went to return the vehicle, there were no employees there either. I called and the owner said he was out of the area and won’t be back till 5pm. I had to come back at another time to return it.
It was cheaper than other places… the moral of the story is, you get what you pay for.
