Great experience. They came out and took care of my clogged sewer line. They charged a flat fee which was very reasonable and the best quote I got. I was tired of being charged ridiculous rates for a job that only took ½ hour. I’ll definitely call them again.

I called 3 other reputable plumbers before and received estimates that were rediculous to install a city clean out for my sewer line! Joseph was fast to come out and quote me a great price. He installed my city clean out which relieved my sewer issue. they did an excellent and professional job with a great warranty. Will definitely call him again!

we’ve never called a plumber before but seriously needed one for our clogged toilets. joseph was quick, efficient and the cheapest of all the places we called. he showed up within 15min to our house and had the toilets de-​clogged in 20min! very honest guy. he even gave us a 30day warranty. would definitely give him a call again if something comes up (or doesn’t go down — hehe!).

I wouldn’t recommend using this company’s plumbing, especially Joseph. My tenant have a simple vanity sink plug in the bathroom and I called 99Rooters. I usually have a trusted plumber that I used few times previously for the same plug for about $ 70 each time but since he’s away from vacation, so I look up Craigslist and found 99Rooters. Joseph showed up and said it would cost $ 99, and then said it will $ 120 since he has to cut the pipe to remove the undersink pipe. Then about 5 minutes later he said he would need to do more to replace the pipe and would cost $ 200. Right then I know he was using bait and switch on me, but since I wasn’t there to verify what he said and I want repair the plug for my tenant, I went ahead and let me do it anyway. Later, my tenant told me the work was simple and similar to the previous times and Joseph just ripped me off.
