Great staff and entertaining waiting room. Go early. If you’re a vendor the staff is polite about you placing marketing materials on a table in the back. The location is perfect, the room is chill, the staff is chill, you get what you came for and then you get to go home and get couch lock.

Nice friendly service ! All the staff were very upbeat and helpful. The process is very organized and they get you through pretty quick. The doctor was nice. Don’t forget to bring the Metro ad to get your discount !

Came here to get my card and they were very fast and the processes was very simple. In and out in less than 30 mins. Will definitely be coming back again next year

Excellent walk in facility. Cash only, though they’ll match any price in town. Staff are friendly and make you comfortable throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend this facility.

This is a great place to get your recommendation. The doctor is legit the staff is great and the environment is very clean. If you call and get an appointment it’s even better. Make sure you come in and get your recommendation before you expire for a cheaper cost.

Came here on a sunday and it was crowded! I had an appointment, but had to wait a few minutes more, which is kind of normal for a doctors office. I did here some people complaining about their time, but i was patient.
I just returned from living in germany, so i had to get a new card. Came out to be $ 64 when i booked online. I didn’t get the card, I dont think you need it, but its nice to have.

It was almost too easy to get a card. Also since it’s not listed on the site, «BRING CASH» the accept CASH ONLY. Aside from that I was in out of there in 20 minutes on a Tuesday afternoon.

This is where I go when it’s time to renew my card. Easy to get in, and if you make an appointment ahead of time you’re taken before all the other people waiting. They are fully transparent with everything you need to know, and the doctor will even advise you on additional options for dealing with your pain if applicable.
For the best price, bring in one of their ads from the local Metro magazine: $ 39 for a renewal + an extra $ 20 if you want the wallet card. Otherwise it comes to $ 80 something. They’re cash only but there’s an ATM in their waiting area if you need it.

Love this place. All staff is friendly and helpful. I called and spoke with someone before coming in, came in 2 hours later, walk out happily with my cannabis card! Everyone who I spoke with helped me, I wish I could remember all of the names, Sierra is the only name I can remember. But thanks guys! :)

The service here is almost unbeatable.
First off, I’m going to start with my small complaint. It’s kind of hard to find this place if you haven’t been here before. They have a small sign out front, but no other indication that it’s a medical doctor. Also parking is somewhat limited if the spots along the street are taken, but it’s not really a big deal since there is a parking lot very close by.
When I first came here a couple years ago the two women working the front desk didn’t seem very welcoming at all which may throw off new customers. Now that I know them a little better, I know that’s not the case. They’re actually really kind and just want to help out as much as possible.
This was my third time here. I showed up around 4:30, you just walk in the front of the building and as you enter to the right is a small waiting room where you grab a forum to fill out for the doctor. It was packed (people having to stand because no more seats) when I went, so keep in mind that it does get busy around 4:00 — 5:00 p.m. here. Despite the amount of people waiting, it was still very quick. It only took maybe twenty minutes before I was called in and the process was very simple. I just had to answer a few questions for the doctor and I was out of there with my medical card no problems whatsoever.
Reason for 5 stars: cheapest medical doctor I could find around the area, super fast, friendly, frequent discounts, great renewal price, smooth and simple process.

Drove by here on my way to the other evaluation place in San Jose. Am I surprised I went here instead!
Totally painless signup procedure. I was greeted by the beautiful Cierra and she walked me through the process. I love it when I can go to places and the staff is able to let their personalities shine through and create such a good vibes.
After I took my beautiful ID picture, Stacey hooked me up with my card and kept me laughing the entire time!
Before I knew it I was visiting with the doctor and I received my paper and was good to go! Love this place and will be back again each and every year.

Went here with my boyfriend when he decided to get his medical card. It’s right on N. 4^th street, pretty easy to find, although I didn’t see many parking spaces around. Once you walk in you will see the main office (it’s pretty small, but clean) where you sign up and they hand you the paper work to fill out. We went around 5 p.m. and it was packed to the point where there weren’t any more seats open, but I heard we went at the most crowded time possible and it’s not always like that.
The actually process was really quick and painless. Aside from the short wait time, my BF and I were in and out in less than 5 minutes. The doctor was nice enough, he just asked us a couple questions and we were done. The price was actually pretty good (about $ 70 for new patients) and I already know we will be back to renew our cards here next year since you get a discount for renewal. I really can’t recommend this place enough, it’s one of the best!

The staff was kind and helpful with the processing of renewing my recommendation.
The outside of the building was discreet which is nice. They also have an atm inside the waiting room since they are cash only.
All in all I got in and got out. I even told a buddy to come down and get his recommendation as well.

Honest and Upfront… This place offers genuine medical evaluations to people in need. My only real beef was that my GF and I made our appointments days in advance, arrived early and filled out our paperwork, and then had to wait while people who ‘walked in’ that day were seen before us. Shouldn’t we get to go ahead of them since we actually made an appointment?
Other than that the staff was friendly, the Doctor was quite nice, and the place was easy to find.
See ya in a year to renew!
