408 Jump

I had rented out jump houses, both in different sizes, for my sons’ birthdays that are a week apart… I called within a day of the party to set everything up and even though it was a super busy weekend, he was able to accommodate my needs at a great price. Both were CLEAN inside when I received them, despite what other Unilocalers are saying. They do the set up & take down, they’re here when they say they will, and they’re nice! I’d definitely recommend renting from them & I recommend their jump house with the slide!

First and last time we’ll book 408 jump. We reserve the Thomas and Train jumper for my son’s birthday. They took sometime setting everything up because they had issue running the electrical cord. Half way through our son’s birthday party I went to take a look at the jumper and notice the jumper didn’t have Thomas & Train logo. It had no theme on the jumper at all. Our son’s birthday theme was Thomas and that we the reason why was booked 408 jump. I contact the owner but never heard back.

Wow they arived before schedule set everything up and made sure we were set for the party. We actually need extra tables that we didn’t order and they had some extra in their truck to rent to us. I’ll be calling then back for my next cousins bday!

I ordered a jumper for my nephew’s birthday party and the setup was done really fast! The jumper was very clean and the kids always ask to have it again for future parties.

We ordered from this company about a month ago and here I am finally writing a review. 408 Jump offers great prices for party supplies. We ordered tables as well as jumpers and everything was in great condition. Customer service was very nice and the party wouldn’t have been a success without them!

We ordered a dunk tank for a party and everyone had a blast. The equipment was almost new! And the service was excellent as well. We’ll be using them again for summer parties!

Ordered jumpers from this company for a holiday party and the kids loved it. Fast response from the workers and they delivered right on time! Great prices and even better customer service.

I just ordered a jumper for my little cousins birthday from 408jump and the service was excellent I called them only a week ahead and they were able to get me a jumper last minute! Thank you for squeezing me in guys!

Ordered one jumper and a waterslide last Tuesday for my niece’s birthday party. Usually I’m skeptical about jumper businesses due to their customer service but Andrew accommodated us well! He had the workers drop off 15 minutes early (very polite young men who were very nice). Clean jumpers, worked fine, and they came to pick it up on time. Was a great party! No complaints here.

We ordered a few jumpers for our member appreciation day and it turned out to be pretty awesome. We didn’t plan ahead of time and we were lucky to have 408 Jump squeeze us in on a busy weekend! The popcorn machine was the perfect addition! Thanks guys!

This is a review for my second experience with 408 Jump. These guys provided excellent service just like last time. The quality and cleanliness of the jumpers were great! Prices are very reasonable compared to other jumper companies that charge an arm and a leg!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS!!! They were always very unprofessional on the phone. They showed up 3 hours late for our BIG event. When I called them 4 separate times that day they kept telling me that they were ‘right around the corner and almost there’. In other words, they LIED to me multiple times. They then promised to give a partial refund afterwards… which I never received. I left multiple messages regarding the promised refund and I never got it. They run this thing like it’s a hobby, not a legitimate business.

it’s HOT! Water Slides are perfect for hot weathers. Don’t let your kid’s jump when it’s sizzling hot! I rented 408JUMP’S small Water Slides & watched the kid’s slip and slide in excitement. would definitely use them again. great service for bounce houses in san jose. thanks guys! the delivery driver was good so i also tipped him very well and he didnt even want it but i slipped it in his pocket anyways. hard working guys. will definitely use them them again. thanks guys!

We recently rented few tables and chairs for our housewarming party. Andrew was very helpful and showed us chairs and tables before we made reservations. All equipments arrived 3 hours before the event and they didn’t rush to collect those after the event. Overall great experience for a small party… I will definitely rent again for future events.

Good price and good service! Andrew, the guy who helped me over the phone was very helpful. He was very clear about the pricing and what we were to expect when he comes with the jumper. He showed up a little earlier then expected, was very nice and easy to work with! Call these guys if you ever need a jumper or any other party equipment! I think they do also have popcorn and cotton candy machines as well!

I’ve used 408 Jump a number of times over the past few years and have had great experiences until now. My most recent experience was just unacceptable, however, and we will not be using them again.
Pros:
–Great jumpers
–Pleasant employees who drop off, set up and take the jumpers away
Cons:
–Their office staff is a total mess.
I reserved a large jumper for Thanksgiving given that we were going to have a lot of kids. I asked for a confirmation to be emailed to me and the person who took the reservation said that that was not an issue. Several days later, I hadn’t received the confirmation, so called again. Now the office rep said that I had to pay first to get the confirmation. I told him that that was not the case in the past. Nevertheless, I paid for the single day rental. I then received a simple credit card receipt by email but it lacked date of drop off, date of pick up and which jumper I had reserved. I called them again (3^rd time) and they said that they couldn’t email me those details. What???
It was now a couple of days before the event and I didn’t want to spend time looking at new places so let it be as is.
The guys showed up a little later than expected, but not too bad. Nice guys, set it up well and left. That was Thursday, Thanksgiving.
The guys were supposed to return on Friday to pick it up. No show. Rained.
Saturday — I called the office guy and he asked that I pump it up again to drain the water and that he’d have the guys pick up the jumper. I ran the blower for 3 hours, dumping out 95% of the water. No show again by the guys. I called several times, no answer.
Sunday — more rain, called a few times, no response.
Monday — more rain, called a few times, no response.
Monday night, 7:30 pm, the guys show up to pick up the jumper unannounced. Sure, no problem, it’s not like I have anything else to do. My time is your time fellas. Come on in.
By Monday night, the jumper was totally water logged. The guys spent over 30 minutes rolling the thing around to dump out the water. Felt bad for them. Wasn’t their fault that they were sent after several days of rain. That credit goes to the trusty office guy. Anyway, they finally got the waterlogged jumper off my property, but that team of 3 was wet, muddy and exhausted. All throughout though, the pick-​up team was pleasant, professional and apologetic.
That said, I wasted a lot of time with phone calls and 408 Jumps communications and planning are a disaster. We’re done with them.

The «office» guy who takes the calls is not very professional. I am quite disappointed as 408 Jump was well recommended but I did not like the communication. I was not contacted 24 hrs prior to delivery, I had to make the call myself. When I called in the morning before the party (3pm) the same office guy states ‚“We’ll be there around 3.” Ridiculous as the policy states it will be delivered before the start of the party. When I showed signs of agitation, he adjusted his answer to 2:30pm. Thankfully the awesome driver John called me 30 mins later and he delivered it around 1245pm instead.
I definitely would probably seek a different party rental, as their operations side of things worries me.

The most HORRIBLE experience I’ve ever had renting anything from anyone.
I rented an inflatable obstacle course and it was set up and left without being tied down and when I looked inside after the staff left I noticed that the inside was DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY!!! Filled with PINE NEEDLES, DIRT, CANDY WRAPPERS, an REEKING of body odor.
It was horrible!!! After calling to complain because my guests were arriving in 30 minutes, this is what I was told:
Employee: Do you have a leaf blower? You could blow it out yourself.
Me: No, I don’t.
Employee: you could probably use a bloom and then wipe it down with a wet towel.
Me: How about you send someone over here to clean this.
Employee: Ok, they will be there in 30 minutes. Just leave a broom out and any cleaning stuff you have because he won’t have a leaf blower. I won’t charge you the extra $ 40 to keep it overnight.
An employee showed up, swept the inside as best he could and ran a wet towel over a few things and then left. He couldn’t do anything else since he didn’t come with anything and only had what I could provide him.
After he left I WENT TO THE STORE, BOUGHT DISiNFECTANT, and went through the obstacle course BY MYSELF WITH MY GUESTS INSIDE MY HOUSE.
Don’t EVER use this place. I have NEVER had such a negative experience with a company EVER in my life.
Do yourself a favor and pay more for a place that will thoroughly clean, bring you a presentable item, set it up correctly, and actually try to help you.

Never ever use these guys. On June 7 I had made reservations for a jumper waterslide with them a week before June 7. Called them many times that day told me 20 mins before my little girls birthday party that they are on there way. NEVER SHOWED UP MY LITTLE GIRL WAS CRYING MY GUEST WERE DISAPPOINTED. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY (after calling ten different jumper companies for a specific jumper because all the kids were wearing there water gear). I had to pay $ 80 extra for urgent order. Which didn’t even have a jumper just water slide.
They didn’t even have the courtesy to call me back. There bunch of flakes. BEWARE IF THERE OVERBOOKED OR SOMETHING THEY WILL FLAKE ON YOU. LOOKS like THEY TAKE MORE RESERVATIONS THEN THEy CAN HANDLE. Bad way to do business never ever I will use them. My guest were so pissed they will also put there reviews in here. These guys only try to sound professional but can’t deliver. They are all talk and no walk.
Manny is the one I spoke to when making the reservation. Guaranteed the sun and the moon all bs. Ricky following birthday party day was the one that said he’s 20 mins away. Bunch of clowns

I’m not too impressed with 408 Jump.
First fail: Did not bring me my correct «banner» for the jumper. Originally, I had requested a «generic Happy Birthday» banner. But, called back and actually talked to someone to change it to «Strawberry Shortcake» to go with my daughter’s birthday theme. The kids ultimately don’t care, but it left a sore taste in my mouth. The 2 young men that had dropped off and set up the jumper said he might possibly come back. (I think he might have tried to call, but didn’t leave a message.)
Second fail: I’m not too sure about the actual cost and their specials. Online the price was $ 95, but I was quoted $ 98. When I mentioned the coupon online, the guy said that it was expired. (I don’t see any expiration date on it.)
They ended up picked the jumper past 9:30pm.
FYI, they take credit cards, but if you pay with cash, you don’t have to pay for sales tax.
