Horrible! CROOKS! I was charged over $ 300 for break pads and rotors. My breaks never operated properly. I was afraid to go back. Watch out ladies. This business sees dollar signs when you walk in. Total rip off!!! I will never go to any Sin Ley and would never refer anyone to them. County, State and Law enforcement employees… Beware!!!

I had a problem with my tie rods being loose as the result of the brake work being done at Allen Tire in Hemet.
Orlando at the Investor Pl/​Palm Ave location, was able to repair the issue quickly without needing an alignment as the Allen Tire would led me to believe.
I am glad that my car was fixed and will come back again.

The sin ley automotive on investors place is where we took our truck to get new bearings and ball joints. I will never go to them again! Two days later while driving down the freeway the front right ball joint came out. I had to get the truck towed to the closest shop to get it fixed. Then 3 days later the left side did the same thing. Obviously these mechanics don’t know what they are doing. Take my advice and go somewhere else if you want the job done right !

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Had a used tire put on, two days later the tire was flat. Took the tire back to them and after 10min. looking for a hole they found a vary small leak. They said well you drove on a flat tire and its no good and will need to buy a new one; the inside of this tire will be full of rubber when removed because it was driven on.
Took the tire to Rudy’s on Florida and Columbia St. they said it’s a vary small hole and if I had ran over something it would have still been in the tire. Tire looks good; they fixed the hole and NO rubber inside of tire when removed. Tire now has been working for some time now with no problems. Thanks Rudy!!!
Don’t trust this place, vary poor customer service and there to quick to say it’s your problem and will try to sale you another tire. Oh, by the way, the tire was never driven on flat.

I have been going to sinley the last 3 years. They have always done a excellent Job for me and have fixed MANY of my car issues (i have 2 cars). They often even work past their closing time if they can to get the job done, and they will even pick you up or give you a ride back to your house if you need it.

This is the best auto shop that I have ever been to. It’s family owned, with down to earth people. I called and asked them a simple question about my car and they said that they would gladly look at it. Before I knew it they had it up on the lift, fixed in under 15 minutes, and then back off the lift. When I asked how much they said no charge, I insisted but they kindly refused payment. I will definitely be going back for future auto repairs. They were refreshingly honest in a day where most auto shops charge an arm and a leg for the simplest repairs.
