Ramona Tire & Service Center

If I could give zero stars I would. Waited 20 min for this guy to get off the phone. While 2 guys are taking a break talking it up around some tires. Absolutely no customer service. I’m sure they will be going out of business soon.

On our way to the beach recently — with surfboards and seven kids in a minivan — we experienced a catastrophic failure to our vehicle’s suspension system. Not only was our vacation potentially ruined, but we were stranded miles from home until repairs could be made.
Fortunately, Ramona Tire, in San Jacinto, helped us out. I left the family at a local restaurant and slowly drove the creaking van to Ramona Tire. After I explained our situation to the manager, he moved our job to the front of the line and had the minivan hoisted on the rack. (We didn’t even have Ramona tires on the vehicle!)
But, Ray, the technician, quickly discovered the problem: a large bolt holding the right front suspension together had come loose (and nearly fallen out!). Fortunately, the nut holding that assembly together was still sitting on top of the chassis! Ray deftly re-​aligned the holes, re-​inserted the bolt and securely re-​fastened the nut. We were back in business and on our way in no time!
Because I left my family (and wallet!) behind at the restaurant, I didn’t even have money to pay the guys at Ramona Tire. But they just said, «Put in a good word for us at Unilocal!»
So here I am, honoring my pledge.
Thank you, guys, at Ramona Tire in San Jacinto! You saved our vacation and did us a great service!

Ramona Tires does excellent work, there’s service manager Mark is quite knowledgeable and courteous about your car needs

Location has very honest and trustworthy staff who will work with you and give you the best customer service in town I would not take my vehicle no where else so if you need any automotive needs go visit the San jacinto location you will leave a happy camper guaranteed

Have never had a worse service experience. Waited 2 hours… no techs… no service. high cost. No Value here… and there aren’t even customers that I had to wait behind. Should just close the doors

My Mom got an estimate for over $ 1,500 for total front end work. All that was needed was boot covers.

Anytime I need a oil change a tire anything for my cars I go here. They have great service, speedy repairs, and they try to work with the price as best as they can to help ur wallet. I’m greeted by name which is a plus and they don’t suggest repairs that don’t need to be done
