I came and got a full gel set white and silver they came out great. I think his name was Steven.

Ben and Mary do a great job on my nails and Wah and Bens wife do a great job on my pedi. Comfortable and welcoming. Gets busy quick, always better to make an appointment.

paid $ 20 for gel nail polish and it peeled off 4 days later. I’m pretty sure she didn’t let the polish cure in between the like 5 layers she applied.

If I could get away with giving this place no stars I would. I had been going to this nail salon since they opened. However my last visit was horrible. I was screamed at by the women doing my nails after she tried to pass me off to someone else. She was cussing and being loud then proceed to sit down w/​another client and talk about me while I was sitting right there. I will never go back to this nail place ever. Very unprofessional!

Yet another disappointing salon. I went in 7 days ago for a full set and the guy that started on my nails was rude. He was watching a show in his language on his iPhone while working on my nails. I should have got up and left but my husband was getting a pedicure by yet another careless employee that disappointed my husband as well. I wanted glitter on my acrylics and he started to up sale me telling me, «to save him time it’s better if I get the gel polish and gel glitter» so I said okay show me what you got. Realistically if you are a business and offer services, you don’t tell your client what’s convenient for you just because you are too lazy to do your job. You listen and do as your client says because we are paying you for a service you voluntary offer. So, two of my nails broke because he filed my acrylics way too thin and the work he did was a total joke. I paid $ 35 for a simple gel set and it looks like crap. I come from the San Diego area where I’m used to paying $ 40+ for nails. I’m in Hemet temporarily and this is the second nail salon that does a terrible job.

I don’t recommend coming here at all. I payed $ 30 for a full set and it wasn’t worth it all, my nails looks crappy. While I was getting my nails done, I checked in with Unilocal and they offered a $ 10 off deal if I checked in, I showed the guy and he said no and laughed in my face & then started talking crap to his coworkers… really? How immature. Too pricy & the service is horrible.

I will start by saying this salon is beautiful and clean and luxurious. It’s a beautiful and peaceful environment. Some of the female workers do great work and they are friendly. Be warned if you get one of the men. They are absolutely rude and inconsiderate. They will argue with you and tell you your wrong. They do horrendous work on your nails! I asked for round nails and he squared them then curved the edges a little but it was still clearly squared and really ugly. He argued and I finally just gave up because I was not about to pick a fight over it. I told him to just make them almond instead then. Since he could not understand me. He tried to say I owed 5 bucks more for that shape. I told him it was wrong to charge for a mistake he made. So he messed my nails up bad after that and I can’t help but feel he did it n purpose. If it wasn’t on purpose then he needs to find a new career because they are the worst nails and this was the worst experience I have ever gotten.

i was so disgusted with the man that did my nails today i’ve been going here for sometime now and troy or another lady usually does them, we’ll i sit down nd he said «your nail old need to take off put new set!» im a cosmo so knowing that they were just done 2 weeks prior by them and freshly no fill brand new set with no bubbles. i said no i can’t afford it right now he kept on nd kept on for 10 mins about how ugly and old my nails were then he starts talking crap with the lady beside him doing my 6 yr old daughters polish which they usually charge $ 5 every other time i had to pay $ 10 this time idk why it was so costly for a fill and a polish i paid $ 40 and had the worst customer service ever i looked at lillyanna nd said o so pretty nd because i said no i didn’t want him to rip my nails apart nd put new ones, stop moving! !!! i didn’t freaking move, my head turned!!! idk but i do know this i will never come here again. not to mention they are thin as hell nd he drilled my nails so much they were burning! not good dude so upset and disgusted
Then today I go back and BEN fixed them and was very sweet and funny, he really tried and that was cool but I still had another one break because the one b4 him drilled them so thin that it burned Nd they were just the tip no acrylic left… idk but I will go back to have him fix this on too cause he is good so beware but BEN ND TROY r the only men to go to there…

Love My New Set! Steven Was The Nail Tech I Had An I Love His Work! I Was A Walk In And There Was No Wait :) So That Was A Major Plus For Me. Shop Was Clean And Neat. I Will Totally Go Back

Had a fill done today. Walked right in at noon and they were busy! Decided to go with gel color and I loved the color and how quick it was done. I was in and out in 1 hour! I can’t remember the name of the esthetician but she’s new from Temecula. Good service and speed. Good prices also!

We called ahead and asked if they could take 3 of us. They said yes, it’s no problem. They can take us right away. We went in and they put myself and my nephew on the pedicure massage chairs and made my sister wait for 15 mins and let 3 people go ahead of her. My nephew and I were still waiting also. All this while they see me holding a 1 year old baby. They could have told us ahead of time that there would have been a wait and that would have been understandable but taking walk ins before a call ahead was unacceptable and unprofessional. They were also very rude and laughing at us when we told them that we were going to take off because they were taking walk ins before us. We left before they did our toes because my sister was still waiting. We will not be back.

My first time attempting to get a pedicure (or any «beauty» service) in San Jacinto/​Hemet, CA was earlier this afternoon. I went to «River Nails & Spa» in San Jacinto. That place was a joke! It was nowhere near being sterile! I wasted 17 minutes just soaking my feet in COLD water!!! Meanwhile they had 2 people helping the lady near me. Enough said about that place.
So I drove back to the side of town that I work in. And to my surprise there was a really nice looking Nail Salon called «Professio Nail & Spa». The place wasn’t very busy (lunch time on a Weds. would probably be the reason why). I was greeted in an ok manner (not rude, probably just a language barrier). I had a very comfortable seat, perfect temperature water, and a built in massager. The Gentleman who would be assisting me with my pedicure was on his lunch break, which was not a problem with me. He rushed his lunch so I wouldn’t have to wait long. So courteous! He noticed my outfit was a «work appropriate» outfit. He asked if I was ok on time, if the water felt ok, and he was very considerate of making sure I wouldn’t be there longer than I needed to be. He did a great job on my French-​Pedi. Gave a great massage! And didn’t try to offer more services than I wanted :) Ok, I guess I’ll share his name with all of you :) His name is Troy. And he was very good! He even asked if the tip size was the right thickness on my toes. He was the best! I will definitely be returning to see Troy when I need my next pedi! The place was nicely decorated, very sterile, had good lighting, a decent polish selection, the t. v was a bit far away (Not sure if anyone really cares about that. It didn’t bother me), and the time was reasonable considering I was a walk-​in and went during their lunch hour. Great job Troy! :) (My French-​Pedi was $ 22, without tip)

I’d like to say this place is decorated nicely and the staff seems friendly. Poor English but that’s ok with me because communication was still possible. Tony did a nice job on my nails and seemed to know what he was doing. I’ve been getting my nails done for 21 years now and I know a professional when meet one.
Minor issues to detail but nothing that will make me cringe every time I look at my nails for the next two weeks.

Come here to get your nails done! You won’t regret it! Worth the wait (because there is usually a wait), but try making an appointment ahead of time. I won’t go anywhere else for a pedi in Hemet.

Bad experience, never going back! The guy cut my cuticles, & the skin around my toenails, made me bleed. On top of this he argued when I asked him to cut the nails short saying it would hurt. What hurt was when he cut the skin, rather than the nail.

Tried it for the first time today. My nails look beautiful. Took along time but they did an outstanding job. I got white sparkled powdered tips with a light pink nail with a beautiful design. 40 bucks. Ive been to a lot of nail places and 40 bucks is about average for quality nails. Im going to make this my nail place. Im very impressed. My pedicure looks great as well.

Great service kind of expensive. The only problem I had was they acted like they did not understand their coupon so would not honor it, wanted me to pay an extra $ 5.00. I spent $ 84.00 in this place!

I absolutely love this place. best place to eat quality nails in hemet san jacinto areas.. I have been going there a while and have never had a nail break or crack. always nice friendly staff.

Came to this place for the first time and had a great experience. Mary did an awesome job with my manicure did exactly what I asked for. Definitely will come again. Only issue is the wait time I suggest making an appointment or coming in real early

I’ve been here before because I loved my friends nails. My experience wasn’t as great and definitely thought it was over priced.
Well I went back in because it seemed to be the best one on Unilocal since I don’t like the other place I used to go to. Yup, over priced! I got the usual French tip full set. He never asked if I wanted glitter white powder, I don’t mind but my friend did. I got the gel coat also. For $ 40?! They better have been flawless right? They weren’t. I hate when the manicurist feels your nails after sealing them and they feel the imperfections but send you home like that. They’re nice and I hope they last but yeah probably won’t be going back for that price. Sorry! No wonder then don’t have prices up lol what are you going to do once they’ve done your nails and they tell you the price? Sure as hell wish I could rewind time haha oh and $ 40 for a gel mani uhh yeah NO!
