Namerrs Signs, Printing, & T-Shirts

Was excited to get some shirts done, being I’ve read the reviews and was referred by mutual friends. Even though namerrs quoted higher than anybody in town, I didn’t care because I focus on the quality of service as a priority. I showed up on a Monday with shirts and art work ready, was given a finish day of Wed. (I made it crystal clear that I needed by Saturday so Wednesday was perfect) Well wed. came and nothing, Thurs passed, Friday night arrived I messaged to remind them I needed shirts by Saturday, (to wear at a special event I was hosting) surprisingly they didn’t have them done. Super bummed and super let down. The next week arrives and I get a message asking what I wanted on the shirts? By then I told them to keep the money and the shirts, I just accepted the loss and moved on. After being friends on fb it’s clear this business treats their friends with great service, but for some reason unknown I wasn’t offered the same level of professionalism. If the job couldn’t be done or is out of your ability, just be honest with the patron. Don’t lead them on until it’s too late, I could have went elsewhere to have the shirts I needed on time. The shirts were for me and my fiancé, I proposed to her that Saturday, I wanted us to be in matching shirts when I did it. You guys took that moment from me. I wish you better business habits in the future. You’re a nice person, and was extremely surprised by the way my transaction was handled.

Theses guys are awesome! Amazing work and great prices. Been getting tons of work done by them and have never disappointed. I owe tons of business to them, all my decals, banners, business cards and shirts bring in steady cash flow to our coffee shop. Thanks!
