I will definitely be shopping at this store again even after having a bad experience here. Jimmy went out of his way to give me such a better service than he gave me the last time. Make sure you go ask for him to have him help you because he will go out of way to make sure you are happy when you leave.

I came here today to buy a battery called first was put on hold for an hour. No one got back to me until I came directly to the store when I came to the store they were nothing but rude asked for help putting it in no one came out even this place is an absolute joke honestly the workers are rude give you an attitude gave me tools to do it not one single one fit on still sitting here at the moment still waiting after an hour for some help. This place is the worst auto zone I have ever been to ever. Even tho I had to chose a star negative five stars

This AutoZone has to be the worse AutoZone ever in the history ever, I think after this terrible 2^nd experience we will start shopping at Pep Boys. The first experience happened a few years back when my dad and husband went in to buy a alternator for my sons volkswagen bug and the rude guy called my house asking to speak to my husband and accusing him of stealing break pads to a honda civic which we don’t even own. They had them sitting on the counter when my husband came in and they were misplaced by the workers, and later found and no apologies what so ever. 2^nd incident happened in Jan 2015 we were buying a battery for our RV it had a 2 year warranty. The battery was not holding a charge and we took it back after an hr of it being tested the 2 employees said it was good but not holding a charge, though they had to get the manager I believe his name was Jason M he was a bigger guy he checked the battery and said it said good and that he couldn’t exchange it. Then he said well I will do it once but you can’t come back. He knew nothing at all abt cars and my question is whys he manager? Don’t shop autozone, shop pep boys you get what you pay for.

I came to buy some new windshield wiper blades to prepare for the upcoming rain. Juan C. was so awesome, he looked up the specific wiper blades for my car and even came outside to put them on for me! Thank you, this place is cool!

Brake lights have been out for a couple of days and finally got around to going in to get it fixed. Walking in, I was immediately given attention. The kind gentleman (didnt catch his name — sorry!) stepped outside into the hot heat to do a couple of simple light checks just to make sure nothing else was out. After removing my brake bulbs he even provided some helpful answers for other car problems I had question about. Walked back inside to pay for my new bulbs. The gentleman even came back outside to put in the new light bulbs for me — thanks!
