Mr. Yen is a good natured, honest, and soft spoken tv repairman. We encountered a rather abnormal tv problem with our Samsung. We dropped it off on a Saturday afternoon, at which time Mr. Yen told us that it maybe a simple problem, costing $ 100, or a more difficult problem, costing $ 250. He wouldn’t know until he opened the tv up. Mr. Yen offered to fix it same day for no additional fee but we told him that Monday would suffice. We asked him to deliver the tv back to us and remount it on the wall for $ 40, which he obliged. Our tv is back, good as new, for the $ 100 as originally quoted. Mr. Yen easily could’ve charged us the $ 250, as my technological expertise pretty much ends with operating the remote. Yet, he was honest, stuck to his original quote, delivered the television on time, and most importantly, repaired the television. People say that it’s not worth it to repair a tv, given that tv prices have decreased. However, $ 100 to fix up a perfectly fine tv is definitely more worth it than dropping over a grand on a new one. I recommend Mr. Yen for your future tv repairs.

Kenney is both the owner and the repairman. He was very professional and showed courtesy when I called about my Samsung LCD TV problem. It was a simple capacitor replacement procedure so he was able to do it at our place for $ 130 in less than 1 hour. He even volunteered to help us put the TV back on the wall so he can make sure the job is done correctly! I would definitely recommend him to my friends.
