Keith Ayers and Laura Jennings are truly wonderful. They have been handling our case with perfect professionalism and mastery. Our case had a successful outcome, thanks to their expertise. Their advice and guidance are very precious and valuable. I highly recommend both Keith and Laura for all immigration matters, they are awesome.

Let me start of by saying that they have several locations, and the one location that I’m going, to review is located in Downtown LA. We worked with them for immigration adjustment status since early 2014, and ever since they only contact us to make payment, everything else we had to be calling them to check on the case, every time you would go to the office there was always different paralegals which made us feel uncomfortable and questioned our trust.
They are very unorganized and rude, you have to literally raise your voice to them in order to get through them. Now I’ve noticed from my recent visit that they are expanding more, it’s all about quantity there and not quality.
Please save your time and money, you can, find betters firms out there.

This is the worse law firm I have ever dealt with when you call the office you are placed on hold for 30 minutes to an hour or longer.
If you are interested in hiring an attorney that never speaks to you and assigns a student to your case that has no idea what to do. This is the perfect place for you. The staff is extremely rude and unorganized. I would never recommend this firm to my worse enemy. i don’t understand how they are allowed to practice law. i had to select a star or my comment would not post they do not deserve a star.

Can’t meet demand.
Their rep talks big on syndicated Latino radio stations, but the staff can’t follow through. They’ve flaked on three appointments this week, were unapologetic, and were not interested in making up for their error.
That kind of treatment — in a growing field — is distinctly bad for business.
Are they here to help people, or do they like to just sound like they do?

Nowadays it’s so difficult to trust many attorneys because it’s usually about the almighty dollar. And although this is a business and it costs money, let me tell you this from personal experience, Telleria Telleria Levy is a law firm that CARES deeply about helping people. I am a Pastor in Riverside and a Supervisor for a National Non-​Profit Foundation that works to enable Latinos here in the USA to become more productive citizens and one of the ways we do that in partnership with this law-​firm is to put on free informative workshops. Randy Levy and his amazing team of attorneys and paralegals and staff, personally attend these meetings as well as stay until the final person needing advice and consultation are taken care of. They truly give back to the Latino community as they volunteer their time and resources (they give a free consultation at the events as well as the first consult at the office!) to better our Latino Community. I have personally referred pastors and friends to them and each one has reported to me how wonderful it was to feel supported and empowered now that they had Telleria Telleria and Levy representing them. Every single case is handled with compassion and care and even the small things are important to them. So to answer the question posed by Luz B. From Huntington Park back in October, («please if somebody can tell me if this lawyer is good or not please!!!) I answer emphatically YES this Lawyer is EXCELLENT! He has made a profound difference in the lives of many but especially in the lives of people I deeply care about. God Bless you all
