Sewage pipe. Crawlspace. Leak. Three things that sound terrible separately, but together is a disgusting fucking trifecta. What do you do in this kind of situation? Pay someone else to deal with it DUH!
We called Servpro out, they came out right away and was able to clean it up and remove the odor over a few days. The crew was dope and way more professional than I ever am. Thank God for money! Thank God people will do anything for it! This sounds like I condone prostitution! I’m outta here!

We had a relatively minor leak in our bathroom. Annita was very patient and informative and guided me toward our best course of action. Overall my impression was: superb customer service, very professional and courteous crew, fast and responsive and a very reasonable price.

I used ServPro San Gabriel office for my water damage at hone. Their response time is fast and their crews are professional when dealing with my needs. I like that they always keep me updated on losses and I feel confident that they’ll take care of me. Two thumbs up and I highly recommend them!

I never write Unilocal reviews, but this business has blown me away. Last month, I stepped into a puddle of water at 3am on my way to the bathroom. I followed the trail of water and realized that the toilet had leaked an inch of water throughout the entire house. I called around the next day, not knowing what to expect. I first called RotoRooter and they quoted me $ 150 just to come out and «at least $ 500 for the clean-​up service». They were quite rude and made me feel like they didn’t want my business. I did a little bit of research and came across ServPro of San Gabriel– they had stellar reviews, so I gave them a call not expecting much. Annita answered all of my questions and told me that they would deal with our homeowners insurance directly so that we wouldn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. They came out the very next day and assessed the situation– it was a lot worse than we thought. Fans, dehumidifiers were set up that day and they advised us to contact insurance to get relocated to a hotel. It’s now 3 weeks later and we’re still at our hotel while the repairs are being done to our house. It’s been a pain and extremely stressful to be out of our house for so long, but the thing that made our life easier was the team at ServPro. They took care of everything. Annita walked me through the process and kept in constant contact with me through text messages. She always responded right away and was very patient with all of my questions. I am truly grateful that I found these guys because I can’t imagine another company taking care of us the way they did. Very highly recommended!

We had a pipe burst under our house and it left about an inch of water in the crawl space. We didn’t know what to do, so I hopped on Unilocal and found this Servpro. I spoke to Anita and told her about the damages. She immediately sent Derrick and Charlie to our house within the next hour. The crew crawled under there to assess and said they would have to extract the water out. They went on to explain the dry out process and we trusted them with helping us with this first-​time situation. All in all, they were awesome to work with. They gave us daily updates and kept us in the loop every step of the way. I would definitely use them again, thank you Servpro!

I rarely write Unilocal review and when I do, it gets to be something that really impresses me. Recently had a water damage in the foundation, and called up statefarm who recommended me servpro. Annita and Charles’s team were very experienced and fast in response. They followed through the case like a PRO! It sucks to deal with the water issue but I am glad we now know a very good resource for restoration. Keep up the good work!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Would give them 10 stars if I could. Super responsive, superb customer service, punctual, good on follow-​ups, everyone (Charlie, Annita, Derrick, Cisco) was great and had pride in their work (taking their time to do things right), answered every question and explained things to educate us, went above and beyond to help homeowners in need, and a sense of humor to help me laugh in a stressful time.
We had a bad shower leak. Due to work and long commute, they accommodated our schedules by coming out after business hours. They cleaned up every day, and worked with our insurance company directly on payments for approved coverage. We lost drywalls, bedroom and hallway floors, door jams, baseboards, entire dual sink vanity, floor to ceiling cabinets, entire travertine-​tiled shower gutted down to studs and concrete slab with lots of mold and subterranean termites. They remediated the mold, and covered up everything to help us minimize dust before we can build everything back, and provided all paperwork promptly. We trusted them and gave them a key and left for work.
Not all SerPros are equal. Each location is a franchise with a different owner. Select this one and you are in great hands!
FYI, they do demo on damage and mold remediation, not build back or treating pests. I like it this way because if one company handles demo and build back, it’s conflict of interest.

ServPro of San Gabriel kept me at ease during an otherwise nerve-​wrecking situation. I never trust companies when I need work done on the house because I always feel like they will take advantage of me since I need the work done. There was mold on the walls of my daughter’s bedroom, especially behind the dressers. I called Servpro in the evening and was pleasantly surprised that Anita answered the phone and sent someone over the following morning. Not only was Charlie friendly, but also did a very thorough inspection of the area as well as under the house. He took many pictures under the house to show me the state of that area. That was especially a comfort to me because without those pictures, he could have said anything and I would have believed him because there’s no way I’m crawling under there. Their crew, Derek and Cisco, came to demo the walls as soon as I was able to clear the room. They even did all the heavy lifting by moving all the furniture outside, since it was damaged by the mold, and carefully unmounting the large flat screen and placing it in another room. Derek walked me through the entire process and was very well-​informed on every aspect of building construction and materials. He also kept me updated throughout the process. He is knowledgeable and very personable. He should have his own Home Improvement show on TV. Cisco was friendly and they both sealed the room well to keep dust and debris to a minimum. They worked quickly and efficiently. Derek was very complimentary of Anita, saying she can always be reached and that she has a lot of contact and referral information for any other work I may need. Their teamwork and professionalism made me glad I placed my trust on ServPro of SG.

ServPro SG did an amazing job. Not only was Annita extremely friendly, professional, and prompt, the same can be said for the rest of the team that responded to my house; Derrick and Charlie.
I had an emergency situation where one of my attic pipes busted and flooded a descent portion of my home; walls, floorboards, and carpet. ServPro was able to not only calm my nerves, but restore my confidence in the restoration of my house. After searching for moisture levels in ever nook and corner of my house, they brought industrial fans and a dehumidifier to dry the damaged areas.
Again, I cannot reiterate how friendly and helpful the team was. Furthermore, I was always able to contact someone, never did I deal with voicemails, etc, I felt like ServPro SG really dedicated their services to me, and I know for fact that they were simultaneously working on a few other emergencies at other locations. They get a 5 Star review from this guy. Thanks again.

Servpro of San Gabriel was terrific and did everything they said they would, on schedule and on budget. They also provided invaluable advice and were available late at night and on weekends. Annita, in particular, was terrific to work with. She’s very knowledgeable and extremely service oriented and gave us great advice. I highly recommend them.

My washer overflowed and flooded the entire 1^st floor over the weekend. We came home and everything was soaked. Carpet, walls, laminate floors. I did a quick search online and found this ServPro office and gave them a call because they were close by. Spoke to Anita and she immediately sent a crew out to take a look.
The guys ended up removing a lot of water and had to rip out the carpet they said it was a good thing I called the same day or else things could have been much worse. They ended up having to cut some walls but I’m glad to know everything was cleaned up properly. These guys are very good at what they do. Thank you !!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST COMPANY TO CALL FOR MOLD REMEDIATION AND CLEAN UP AFTER WATER OR FIRE DAMAGE!!!
We recently had a burst on one of the supply line on our water heater that was located in a room inside our house. It completely destroyed the walls in the water heater room and the water ended up drenching the carpet in our living room. We called our insurance company and they recommended Servpro to us so we gave them a call. We spoke to Annita who told us they would be there in a couple of hours to assess the damage. Annita and Charlie showed up exactly on time. They went over the damage they found and what they would have to do. They went through step by step with us of exactly what they were going to do since this was new to us. Annita even called our insurance claim adjuster for us on Monday once we got the info since we found out on a Sat. She made the initial contact with him for us and helped made the process much easier for us. They set up all the required testing and asbestos removal for us so we wouldn’t have to worry about all of that stuff. They were very clean and thorough when they worked on our home. Charlie noticed that there may have been some previous mold in another section of the home as he was removing the carpet to be replaced. He informed us of the mold that wasn’t related to the water heater. He also noticed some old pipes that weren’t removed from the crawl space when we repiped our house and removed them for us when he was working under there. They set up a complete protective barrier around the area that they were going to do work on so that the rest of the house wouldn’t be exposed to mold. Even the contractor that came by to take a look at the rebuild work that needed to be done couldn’t believe the extensive barrier they set up.
Annita and Charlie are absolutely AMAZING!!! They are very professional, courteous and just nice people. They helped us tremendously through this nightmare. They absolutely went above and beyond what we were expecting. They were so helpful and we probably wouldn’t have been able to get through this without all of their help. We are absolutely and totally grateful for everything they did to help us with this nightmare of an experience. We know exactly who to call if something like this happens again. We will not hesitate to recommend Servpro, Annita and Charlie to all our friends and family if any situation arises that would require them.

When my wasteline backed up and flooded my garage, things went nuts. I was feeling lost, frustrated, and wasn’t quite sure how to approach the entire situation.
Annita and her amazing crew took over as soon as I called her. She told me exactly what the protocol would be and came over very quickly to assess the damage. Step by step, she was very clear and had a game plan to get everything taken care of for me. She and Charlie (lead tech) stayed late into the night until my garage was cleaned up.
And the work doesn’t stop with just the clean up, they will make sure the area is properly quarantined, air is clean, and any contaminated walls and materials were properly disposed of. Annita also scheduled a 3^rd party lab to come out afterwards and make sure everything was REALLY clean, not just visually clean.
Both Annita and Charlie were absolute pros when it came to this. They knew exactly what to do, and did exactly what they said they would do. They were always so accomodating with our schedule and easy to communicate with. Annita also helped me deal with my insurance company so I didn’t have to as much.
I hope I never need to call them again, but if that unfortunate day does come, there’s no one else I would call to take care of my home and the safety of my family/​home than ServePro of San Gabriel.

Earlier this year my home suffered a flood due to the water hose leading to the refrigerator supply line. My whole downstairs area including kitchen, living room, and powder room was completely ruined. My insurance company was a nightmare to deal with but once I called Servpro I feel like I was well taken care of and made this part of the process very smooth.
I initially spoke to Annita and she immediately started contacting my insurance so I did not have to deal with them as well as Charlie and his team to start setting up their equipment to reduce the moisture and mitigate the mold damage. They came that very day I called when I could not even reach my insurance for days.

ServPro of San Gabriel came to inspect the water heater in our garage. It had been leaking over the weekend while we were out of town. They responded immediately to my call and dealt directly with my insurance company and saved me from a lot of stress. They took care of all the standing water in the garage also took care of the mold that was growing as a result of the leak. I really appreciated their professionalism and how the were very responsive to all the weird questions I had. They were also extremely courteous and pleasant which I greatly appreciated :)

Servpro of San Gabriel is quick in response and the staff is extremely friendly. Theyre local to my area so I know who I’ll need to call if I have any issues and also refer them my friends and family since I know a lot in the 626 area.
