I was not so fortunate Lou. They bugged the crap out of me for a 85 dollar fee just to evaluate the machine. They have a labor rate of 350 dollars for one hour? That is a little unreasonable. If anyone wants to contact me my email is
. Be careful, they use trickery and intimidation. Maybe if you walk in and look them in the face they treat you different.

Great Service on my Bosch coffe machine.
It’s nice to get good service from a local company, and Lou delivered.
We got the Bosch Benvenuto B20 about three years ago, and with daily use, there was lots of wear and tear, and the water deposits really did some damage. I called the company in New York, and they asked to Fed Ex it to them for repair. Instead I did a search and found Serrano’s in San Gabriel.
I took the machine in Wednesday first thing in the morning, and a call back Friday to say it was ready for pick up. AMAZING! Thanks to Lou and Diane.
