SBT Bus Line

I am very disappointed with their services.
We rented a 25 people bus for 3 days. We were communicating quite well with their back office staff at the beginning and everything seemed to be smooth. The lady working at their back office was friendly and polite. However, until the day we started their actual service, the nightmare started. We met the driver and he was unfriendly and not easy to work with.
Also, we encountered a ridiculous experience!
The driver refused to drop off all of us (20 people) in front of our vacation house because he saw a sign saying «no trucks parking except loading and unloading». However, we saw many other buses like ours on that street. Also, we even called the Police Department to check and confirm whether our bus was allowed to get on the street and the Police said it was totally okay. We told that to SBT and even told them to check with the Police Department, BUT they still unwilling to do so which made all of us walk 5minutes to get on the bus and back to home everyday after our long journey.
Luckily, we rented ANOTHER bus from ANOTHER company for the rest of our trip after the first 3 days with SBT. And YES, the other bus just made it to drop us in front of our house. They said it was perfectly fine as the sign did not prohibit them.

Spent several nerve-​wracking minutes avoiding one of their buses on the 15N just north of the Cajon pass this morning. The driver almost drifted into me at one point and was clearly having a hard time controlling his BUS when GOING 90 MPH IN THE FAST LANE.

I have no review on their actual service but I do have a review on their driving. Today one of their buses almost ran me off the road! I have a tiny compact car so you could imagine the damage it would have done! After almost running me off the road he then proceeded to cut me off without even using a signal light. Talk about dangerous. I can only imagine how they drive when they are getting paid.
