Never disappoint me and my friends, the breads are just delicious because they are fresh. Cakes are great too, I ordered Black forest and Tiramisu for friend’s birthday and everyone loved them. This places is great very reasonable price and the Names are too cute:)!!

The tastiest dessert at Oh My Pan is their signature Strawberry Volcano Brick Toast. I’ve had their taro cake, cake pop, some pastries, and I just cannot recommend them. So the new high rating I give them is only in regards to this dish. The volcano toast takes 25 minutes to bake and the toasted pieces are very crunchy on the outside and super soft and sweet inside. It’s so good I had to go there two times this week to eat it. This is the only thing worth getting at this place.

If you’re looking for more kindness in the valley, then at Oh My Pan is where you’ll find it. The crew here really cares if your drink is made to perfection — possibly even more compassionate than many tea bartenders in the neighborhood. The blueberry and grapefruit black tea was my absolutely favorite. I was drinking it so fast, I was more than half way done by the time I got my drink and walked back to my car to leave the lot. Seriously, wished I went for the large size. Oh, well. Next time!

The #1 reason I will return is for the service. I came here a few Mondays ago, there were two guys working the closing shift. Both were friendly, helpful, and even cracked jokes with me throughout the night. The drinks are customizable here. You can control the ice and sweetness. I wasn’t sure what % sweet I wanted for my drink, so the guy made my drink and asked if it was sweet enough to my liking. He offered to make it sweeter if I wanted. It seems that the brick toast is the thing to get here. All of the other customers who sat at tables ordered brick toast. I wasn’t hungry enough to eat the Strawberry Volcano, but the Strawberry Fantasy was a good size for me with my drink. Mine had a french toast stick surprise in my toast. There are other less fancy brick toasts, probably a good size for even smaller appetites.

I’ve only had a plum and strawberry green milk tea drink here, both were really well done. I was doubtful when I saw it breaking down before drinking it, but I shook it, took a sip and was blown away! I was surprised at how good that simple strawberry drink was! I want some more! Sugar level is customizable, staff are nice, cakes look pretty(they’re good but not amazing), bread seems fresh(haven’t tried any yet.) Décor is simple and cute! There is a bit of space for you to hang with your friends.

This is probably one of the best places to get sweet bread and grab a coffee. I come here when I feel like cheating on my healthy life style. The service is good, the prices are worth it and there’s almost always tables available to take a seat. However, I don’t give them 5 stars because they don’t have soy milk and the minimum to pay with credit/debit card is $ 10.

The beauty of Asian pastries over western counterparts is primarily the focus of it being less-sweet and spongier. Although I didn’t get to try any of their pastries over the pantry, I did divulge myself with their«Volcano Strawberry» brick toast. The level of sweetness was perfect. The unique«jenga-shaped» toast arrayed like bricks on top of each other was super delicious. The order size was definitely made for two people unless you’re a dessert addict. The loads of fresh strawberry, condensed milk and ice cream were a great combo to the whole package. It does take about 20 – 25 minutes to prepare so we ordered drinks while waiting. I felt indifferent with their drinks though, which gave my review 1 less star. The drinks were too sweet for my liking so for my next visit, I’ll opt out from drinks. The competition for boba drinks are rough in this neighborhood because you can literally go across the block to find better. There’s plenty of plaza parking space and the volcano dessert is a must try. They do have a similar dessert which is a buck cheaper called the strawberry brick toast but I would go for the volcano. It’s easier to eat and the toast is the key ingredient of differentiating this dessert from the others.

The grandest Brick Toast you’ll ever see(atleast here in L.A.) sweet, crispy, toasty bricks of thick bread stacked high. It’s jenga meets food porn. Off of these bricks of toast drips melting ice cream and they are sexed up with fresh strawberries, but dont get too excited yet cause good things only come to those who wait. This work of art has a 30 minute wait time, so order ahead or be prepared for some dragged out foreplay. You know! before you actually get dessert.

Customer service is okay but frosted milk with pudding is out of this world. I definitely recommend coming here for their heavenly frosted milk and delicious bread. Call me crazy, but I really love their simple ham and cheese sandwich.

Got a pastry with vegan ham and cheese and it was so delicious! I love whenever bakery helps me out with my food choices. With that said, everyone should give the vegan ham a try! It does no harm and it’s very satisfying to the taste. Afterwards, my friends and I split the strawberry volcano and for the first few pieces of toast before my stomach started saying no(but my heart still said yes), my mouth was in HEAVEN. I love the brick toasts. Crunchy on the outside but soft when you bite into it. The vanilla ice cream was high quality and the strawberries scattered all over were pretty fresh. The wait was about 15 minutes, not bad for a brick toast. I’m pretty happy that I chose this place to be our first stop after 6 hours of road tripping. Next time if we go again, I’ll definitely try the drinks. (Also, this place was in Minh Plaza. I can’t help myself for being a little giddy about that.)

Stumbled upon this place since I was running errands in the area, walked in and the selection was minimal and i arrived around 11am? BUT, I was able to get some things that I actually liked. I didn’t realize it until after I bought everything, that they were all quite similar haha. matcha green tea cake w/sesame cream inside– this is so good! something new and different green tea pineapple bread(mini) — it was actually really good! slight hint of a green tea taste and there’s red bean inside. taro bread(#1 seller) — it was okay, i didn’t see anything special with this one. they are very generous of the amount of taro they put inside and they also added a different ingredient in, that you are able to recognize. i can’t figure it out, but it was good. green tea and red bean twist– it was ok. the green tea flavor was light, wish it would’ve been a big stronger. perfect amount of red bean. taro loaf– i haven’t tried this one yet, but i imagine it to be just like any other. The outside of the loaf is a bit stiff. i mean i poked at it and the inside seemed soft. I guess i’ll have to find out later. nonetheless, everything was different and new to try. haha notice how i got all green tea, taro, and red bean. oops. i’m just not a huge savory bread type of girl. I pretty much want all the sweets and sugar.

Those black sesame cream filled matcha cake deserve 4 stars! The green tea cake is so soft, fluffy and light, and light black sesame filling together… just melts in your mouth. Taro cream cake was also very bland, not sweet, soft and light. The taro cream was not sweet at all! I also got the green tea red bean bread, taro mochi filled bun and cream cheese bun. They were all not sweet, but I didn’t really see red bean paste in the green tea red bean bread, no filling what so ever in cream cheese bun. Cream cheese bun actually tasted like a typical dinner roll, but it’s got a great texture– soft, fluffy and pillowy. Taro mochi filled bun tasted good, but except for the tiny taro mochi inside, the rest was just a plain dinner roll again. I wanted to try mochi filled green tea bread and some other items that Unilocalers mentioned, when I visited they were all oit of them. I like this place in general based on the items I have tried over 85degrees or Paris baguette. The bread here is more light and not too sweet. Btw, credit cards are accepted for over $ 10 purchase!

WARNING: NO Table = NO Strawberry Volcano Toast! Please come here if you would like to see the worst customers service in Saint Gabriel. I saw all these great reviews on Unilocal and was very excited to eat the Strawberry Volcano Toast. Instead I was meet with disappointment and left fuming. First the cashier, did not pay attention and was processing the other customer that was after me in line. How do you miss a customer that is standing in front of you? Second OHMYPAN need MORETABLES. Apparently it a requirement to have a table before placing an order. The staff member informed us that it will be 20 – 30 min for the Strawberry Volcano Toast to be made. Since my group, wanted to wait for a table and order first, the staff member required us to have a table to order. YOUMIGHTWANTTOPUTUP A SIGNSAYINGTHAT. Most of the tables was taken by high school students studying. I would recommend, that you AVOID this bakery.

Summary: 5 stars for strawberry volcano brick toast. I can eat almost a whole tower by myself, even after a meal. Updated 2÷4÷16. —— Oh My Pan is a small bread and cake bakery with self-seating. It’s best to go no larger than party of 4. It’s really an intimate setting; I’m pretty sure half the entire shop heard about my boy problems as I was venting to my girlfriends. On another visit, we hogged one of the larger tables for our party of 7, but it was 9 pm on a weekday. The friendly staff didn’t seem to mind. The parking lot is extremely small, but there is a small parking garage underneath. Above & below ground parking has a 1 hour limit. My friend just moved her car around and was fine. If needed, there are residential streets for parking a couple blocks around. Minimum $ 10 charge on credit cards. STRAWBERRYVOLCANOBRICKTOAST: My friends and I specifically came here after hearing about the strawberry volcano brick toast, and it did not disappoint. It was so good that we ate it again! Allow for at least 20 mins cooking time after placing the order at the counter. The design is unique and genius. Not only is it fun to eat, but each log of toast also offers 360DEGREES of buttery, honey-hinted goodness! Moreover, they somehow stayed crispy despite being wet. Though each log looks thick and hearty, the texture is actually light and fluffy on the inside. Dipped in creamy vanilla ice cream and piped cool whip-like cream, each bite tastes heavenly. We could tell that the owner really takes pride in the recipe. When we asked if it was possible to substitute the strawberry for mango, the employee had to call the owner to confirm. The verdict: no substitutions allowed. We added extra fruit for $ 1 instead and got mangoes and green grapes with the strawberry. Since the mango wasn’t ripe and the grapes didn’t fit with the dish, we agreed that strawberry was the tastiest fruit choice. DRINKSORDERED: (Drinks come in regular and large size. All unsweetened teas are strong and slightly bitter: a good complement to dessert.) — Green tea, unsweetened. — Black tea, unsweetened.

Tiramisu was good, just too small. It still satisfied my craving though. I didn’t get off, but my bf said the guy who helped him had very good customer service.

I think this will be our new favorite place to get birthday cakes. We usually get the 8′ vanilla mixed fruits cake that cost $ 25. The cake was a hit with the fam! It’s not too sweet at all, and the amount of fruits were very generous. We’ve also tried the brick toast. it’s aiite… weren’t too memorable. lol Parking can be a pain in the butt, so be patient.

This is my favorite brick toast place! Due to its popularity, you must find a table before ordering brick toast since it’s pretty poppin’ in weekends. Then after you find a table, you must wait at least 30 – 45 mins for it. So… bring some games to pass time! It’s totally worth the wait and is a good hang out spot. There’s indoor & outdoor seating. I love the strawberry volcano because it’s easier to eat and every piece is glazed. If you get the normal brick toast, sometimes people just throw the outside away because it’s flavorless. The milk drinks here are good, and i also recommend the rose milk tea! Sometimes I have to ask for less sweet though. and if you really don’t like your drink, let them know and they’ll remake it or make something new for you!

Stopped by for a lil tea time — Sakura Iced Green Tea with Chocolate Cake Cupcake and two lil samples: mango mousse cake and blueberry yogurt mousse cake. It was crazy packed, but luckily, I was able to find seating. The samples were refreshing and delicious — both were the right amount of sweetness, light and moist. Lol, the blueberry yogurt mousse was the same one I had brought for my friend’s bday a few weeks ago. Now onto the stuff I actually bought: The Sakura Iced Green Tea was refreshing and slightly sweetened. It was perfect for a hot day. Originally, I had bought it as a large size, and the guy who made my drink made it a regular. Luckily, I asked them and they made a mistake and remade my drink and added a generous scoop of bobas. That was very cool of them. As for the chocolate cake cupcake — wasn’t overly sweet, and cupcake was airy and moist, but I didn’t like that it kept falling apart bite after bite. The batter was too watery. The vanilla frosting was slightly tangy and balanced out nicely, and the presenting looking like a bear with ears poking out was adorable, but I wouldn’t get this again. I prefer Sprinkles and Polkatots(in Altadena) over this one. I would still keep it at five stars since they apologized for their mistake on my drink. With service like that, I’ll still come back for my tea time treats.
