Great doctor! So glad my family doctor referred him here! Finally someone who knows what they are talking about. And he’s going to figure out what kind of diabetes my dad has after 20 years. No other doctor every even mentioned about figuring that out so we know what kind of medication he should be taking. My dad has been taking everything –_– ridiculous. He cares about my dad’s health so much. He spoke with us in his office(felt a bit intimidated because if his nice big nice desk) How personal and comfortable is that? He sure makes a patient feel like he cares about their health like his. I feel confidence coming here: D I know my dad is in good hands.

Dr. Wang is so wonderful and thorough. He was so good at expressing thoughts and concerns about my situation in such a candid way. In the last 2 years I’ve been to 6 different endocrinologists for my VERY difficult condition. It’s so «uncommon» when really, i feel like an epidemic of «cushings syndrome» is prevalent among people that go undiagnosed because of lack of awareness, and diagnosing difficulty. To give you an idea of how«rare» this is, the statistic is like 3 people in a million or something. However, It isnt uncommon among«specialists» to either not know it, or not know much about it. At this moment, i have been to enough endocrinologists and doctors to establish a solid opinion on not only the medical industry, but the profession itself, its definitely a production line of «doctors» going through the motions of doing doctor-like things, with insurance hovering over to restrict anything productive to happen too quickly. Dr. Wang totally caught me off guard and broke that consistent and steady monotony by actually asking all the right questions and looking at the right things. i gave him most of my file(yay for me for actually getting myself together for this one haha) he knew most of the doctors that i had been to, and was very familiar with the unconventional protocol that they followed. He actually contemplated the different approaches he wanted to take and possible outcomes that might result. He also made sure to keep his feet planted in reality by considering how the insurance might respond. His perspective of himself is very refreshing because he definitely knew his role in the grand scheme of things. He seems to have a very busy practice but he does take walk ins

Overall crappy experience, he has no people skills and makes it so obvious hes in a rush. Also has a thick accent, so pretty difficult to understand. Do not come here! Probably got his medical degree at some shady medical school. Unless you’re a Chinese foreigner who doesn’t speak any English I would highly recommend to avoid this place.

Very disappointed and disturbed on how my 6 year old son was treated with this Doctor who performed on him in this office. The agressive treatment was performed on his torso, thigh, abdomen, shoulder and neck area. It has been 20 days and there is still open wounds. The approach was very careless and inconsiderate for a child of that age. He is in 1st grade and was in much discomfort throughout the day at school as well as when cleaning the areas treated. I would suggest to anyone taking their Child or themselves to this Doctor to research what other type of treatment can be performed and ask what could be the worse outcome which I believe I experienced with my son. To read reviews about the doctor and get second opinions. Only reason there is a star is because to post this review I had to.

This review is for the office staff. I called two weeks earlier to make an appointment to see Dr. Michael Lin. The last time I saw him was 2006 because I was found to have thyroid cysts. He saw me briefly and reassured me that yearly check on the cysts is good enough by my primary care doctor. Eight years later, my blood test showed hyperthyroidism and my primary care told me to see him again. When I made the appointment, the staff just mentioned that I haven’t been to the office since 2006. The staff did not ask me for any update of my address or my insurance. I just assumed they take my insurance because I have a PPO plan. I arrived at the office and then they asked for my insurance. Interestingly, they don’t take PPO but only HMO. It was partially my fault too since I didn’t confirm with them, but they are truly not very professional and do not know how to run a medical office. They said they don’t ask about insurance until patients showed up at the office. Really? I am a doctor myself and my staffs always try to confirm insurance for patients on the phone before patients show up. This is to eliminate time wasting. In my case, I wasted parking money too. Anyway, immediately, I looked up my insurance and found another endocrinologist and guess what? The staff on the phone asked for my insurance. See, that is professionalism. As a medical provider to another, Dr. Lin, you have to educate your staffs, they should gather insurance information on the phone unless you accept all insurance. When you don’t ask, we just assume you take all insurance. But I have learned my lesson as well, never assume, always ask. Thanks for a valuable lesson, I will never forget.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Lin for about 3 years now. He is very imformative, friendly and will answer any questions you have. He doesn’t rush you out of the office although I tend to find myself staying there for only about 10 – 15 minutes per visit. I usually don’t have too many questions =) His staff is also professional — Park on the streets. take the elevator up to «P» level.
