Dr. Chen didn’t only just fix my teeth. She fixed my face. Truly, I didn’t realize how UGLY I was until I looked at my baby pictures. Now, I know you might be thinking, «What? This person is crazy. Saying their DENTIST made them prettier?» But, it’s [very] true. I went to the consultation to get my braces and she explained about how the bone structure of my face would change. At first I didn’t believe it. I mean, come on, they’re my teeth. But, I got the braces and after a few short months, my face began to change. Of course, I didn’t realize this until a few weeks ago when I went to look at the pictures right before I got braces. It was a complete change. To be honest, I think Dr. Chen saved my life.
Dr. Chen is the nicest and most experienced dentist I’ve ever had. People here are not giving her the credit she obviously deserves. At times she will be blunt, but she will NEVER try to «steal your money» or anything of that sort.
You’ll have to wait if your appointment is on weekends. People are late; things get pushed back. It happens. If your patience is really so bad that you can’t wait a few minutes with an appointment, then I wish the best of luck to you.

Dr. Chen is a very knowledge able dentist and I need to clarify something all other previous Unilocalers who left poor /​bad reviews on her facility, I believe mainly is what you put out in the first place to deserve the treatment that you get. She is not that mean and impatience, Come on, if you make an appointment at 2 PM with anyone, show up at 2 PM or even 1:45 PM, don’t just show up at 3 PM and say nothing about why you are late at first place and expect anyone to be happy about it. Also, cause of her extensive Knowledge on corrective braces, many of us goes to her for dental works, arrives 15 minutes early, their staff are very nice, they will seat you right away. Yes, they are usually very packed on Saturday, so, expect a bit of wait on Saturday (everyone goes there on Saturday). If you do not like to wait, take Weekday AM appointments. Fellow Unilocalers, you are paying for services that you do not know how to provide to yourself! BE NICE About it, and show some respect!

This review is based on the feeling of my heart.
Long wait is not something new; understaffed and skills of staff is also lacking from what I see.
Physician’s personality is depending on each individual, but impatient and not really listening to the patient is the issue. Button line is the result of treatment is not guaranteed.
After all the years and money being contributed to this clinic, I sometimes wonder is that, Are we too picky to ask the better relationship with the doctor and also the best result? Being a patient, all we need and want is the mutual relationship and considerate from this clinic.

This place is a freaking rip off. I always wait for forever at every appointment when 80% of the time I’m just lying down and waiting. They tell me to get additional stuff when I don’t even have to. Thank god I’m getting my braces off soon.

this lady was my orthodontist, and i dreaded every damn visit with her. my teeth are fine (i mean, i’m not ugly or anything) but dr. jenny was a bizzatchhhh!
i had to edit my previous review because i wrote it when i was reminiscing my childhood and thinking of all the hell this place put my adolescent years through.
To be less vague… basically Dr. Jenny Chung was a very impatient person, and she was always extremely flustered. I always had to wait an hour longer than my appointment time, and every visit I was literally there for at least 3 hours. NO JOKE. The place is understaffed, which means she is always in a rush and not very thorough when she was working on MY TEETH! On top of that, she is not very gentle and very rough when handling her patients. ughh… writing this review makes me wish I just left my previous HATE review…
definitely.i would NEVER recommend this place.
