I’ve known this medical practice for over twenty years, first my late mother was a patient there, and now myself. Dr. Gamini Hethumuni, the doctor with the impossible to pronounce name! is an excellent doctor. His office is situated in a multi-story medical building so everything you need is right there, his office, the medical lab, pharmacy and other supporting facilities. There’s a major hospital right next door, and a podiatrist across the street. There’s plenty of free parking, there’s a lot in front as well as along the side of the building, and another lot a few paces away. The staff has changed a great deal in the last year, the former office manager has retired. Laurie does a superb job whenever I need a form filled out, or a special medication approved. I’m just an ordinary guy, I don’t have gold plated medical insurance, but they treat me like I was a big shot. I always have lunch at Vietnam Restaurant next to the parking lot. I love their egg rolls!

If it wasn’t for the mandatory 1 star, he would not get any. Don’t go to this doctor! He’s kind of skeevy. It appears the staff of 5 or 7 is entirely incompetent and do not handle matters professionally. I was over billed for blood worked by my insurance company and was told that it was because of the code the doctor’s office used. Each time I called, the receptionist, assistant, or nurse who answered the phone assured me that they would look into it and call me back. They wouldn’t let me speak with the doctor unless I made an appointment, which I was not going to do. I called over 7 times within a year and NOONE has emailed me or called me back to take care of this issue. I would have at least appreciated a «sorry this was billed accurately, you have to pay that amount.» NOTHING! So I just paid the $ 400 because I didn’t want to go to collections. I WASSOANGRY!
