Jerry Wu has been helping me with my tax return since 2011. Very knowledgable person and I would recommend to anyone.

He (Jerry Wu) made a small mistake on my 1040.
I asked him to file an amendment (1040X) to correct the mistake.
He asked to charge $ 65 for doing so, which would probably takes him less than 10min. In addition, his attitude over the phone was unreasonably impatient for such a reasonable request.
(For the record, his initial service when filing the 1040 was fine regardless of the mistake, for which he charged me $ 125, which was probably fair.)
