Citibank

Came in to open a very BASIC checking account but the rep kept hawking credit cards and loans I don’t need. Terrible!

Great customer service! Even though the lines can get really long, the tellers are very friendly. There are also easy-​to-​find parking and drive-​thru ATM for great convenience: D

Banks are really confusing because they have so many programs and fancy words but Mike Lo was very helpful in explaining everything.

This bank is great especially on Saturday mornings. Its hardy ever crowded and the tellers are very nice and seem to be in such a good mood most of the times.

Located on the corner of New Ave and Valley, this Citibank would most likely give those with road rage a rage. The entrance and exit for the parking is very difficult if you’re not familiar with both streets.
There are 2 ATM machine outside and I’ve never used them but I wouldn’t suggest using it in the evening because if you were to be attacked, no one would see you/​help you because whoever designed this building was not thinking of the bankers safety. It’s not an open area ATM where you can be seen because the building’s somewhat wrapped around it.
I don’t bank with Citibank but my parents do so I often come here to help them make their payments and deposits. All the employees are very helpful and kind. Most of the tellers at the windows happen to be male and although I’d rather not be kept to conversate with them, they’re very helpful and friendly so I can’t complain: P
