My parents have been with this company for years, and like a good Chinese-​American born son, I followed suit and never changed since. Their agent/​staff are friendly and well informed, they tell you suggestions (i.e. investments, income tax stuff, etc etc) that benefit you rather than them! Talk about fast service, mind you I’m not married and have no excessive financial difficulties, but it takes them on average less than 3 – 4 business days to get all my taxes filed and set for the year. Best part, their agents/​staff are tri-​lingual (Cantonese, Mandarin, English), pretty much a necessity around these parts.
My only down side is that the location has limited parking… but hey that’s not their fault!
