Zumba with Talia is amazing! The class is SOFUN! She creates an energetic and positive atmosphere and she choreographs routines to a variety of zumba tunes and rotates them every few weeks so it never gets boring! She offers workout modifications for the pregnant mamas and she has a special quick ab routine for the postpartum mamas at the end of class. Childcare is in an adjacent room, so you can come with your lil’ ones too! I started taking her prenatal/postnatal zumba class when I was 30+ weeks pregnant. I continued right up until my baby was born and came back to the class at 6 weeks post-partum. My midwife was convinced that zumba fitness supports an easier delivery through hip flexibility and stamina, which was enough reason for me to join Talia’s one-of-a-kind prenatal/postnatal zumba class. Zumba fitness with Talia is a blast and I look forward to class each week! I am totally hooked and attend both her Tuesday and Friday class.
