Workout on the Hill is a great way to accomplish your health and fitness goals. We are a fun outdoor fitness program that uses an integral approach to fitness training. This is what you get when you participate :

* Proven strategies for success. By establishing SMART goals you set yourself up for the best possible chance of success.

* Individualized attention. Activities and exercises are gladly modified to meet your special needs.

* Mind/​body awareness. Each workout promotes accountability, positive self image, mindful intention, breathing skills, visualization, positive feedback, and positive affirmations.

* Group support. We promote a friendly non competitive environment. You do your best and work at your own pace.

* Variety. Avoiding the boredom threshold is easy. No two workouts are exactly the same.

History

Established in 2004.

Workout on the Hill (WOTH) has improved the health and fitness of thousands of members! Residents from Bernal Heights and other neighborhoods have flocked to Holly Park for the outdoor group exercise classes and camaraderie. People of all fitness levels & exercise backgrounds benefit from the training.

Members create SMART goals and receive personal attention to achieve the greatest success. We promote a friendly, non-​competitive environment where participants feel comfortable starting at any level, and strive to achieve personal bests!

Meet the Business Owner

Kristina S.

Business Owner

Kristina believes proper nutrition and exercise play crucial roles in achieving good health and overall well-​being. Kristina’s passion led her to attend the National Personal Training Institute, where she graduated with a certification as a Master Personal Trainer & Nutritional Consultant in 2007. Soon after, Kristina began working at 24 Hour Fitness as a personal trainer, where she trained clients with goals ranging from injury rehabilitation to weight loss. Kristina’s approach to achieve optimal fitness is using proper form and technique, challenging the body, and enhancing one’s mental-​physical awareness through movement in different spatial planes. Kristina believes fitness can be fun, and enjoys working outdoors or in client’s homes to help individuals achieve the same goal, optimal fitness!

Kristina also holds a certification with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
