Great place to sell iPhones I’ve been goin here for years! They have always given me a good price for my phones.

From my experience with this place, I have come to find that while their ability to quickly repair your iPhone, or other products, (this is why I gave them 1 stars) the quality of screens used, to replace cracked ones, are inferior to that of Apple Store screens, but are priced very similarly (107 at irepair; 116 at the Apple Store). I have already had to replace the screen, not for any fault of my own, but resulting from an inferior screen. Also, when asked about the reason for the problem, I was given none. I would honestly recommend waiting for an appointment at the Apple Store, than going to this place.

Every time I want to get a new phone I sell my old phones here… It’s a good price especially if you keep it in good condition. Totally refer this place.

On Friday I sold my pretty old iPhone 4S and got $ 40 cash for it. When I turned in the phone, I also (accidentally) turned in the charger for my iPhone 6. Realizing my mistake on Saturday night, I called them a few minutes before they opened (noon on Sundays) today and a girl answered. I explained to her what happened and she was incredibly helpful! I left my name and number with her, seeing what, if anything could be done. I assumed that that I’d have to replace the new charger, which I didn’t want to do, and she called me back to let me know that though they didn’t have my exact cord I turned in, I could come by and they’d give me another one! I did just that and wanted to thank the nice Asian girl (she was the same one on the phone and in person) who helped me. If her manager reads this, please know that I received excellent customer service from this employee and I’m very grateful. Thank you, again!

I went to this kiosk at Stonestown to get my cracked iphone 5 screen fixed. They told me the price and said come back in an hour. Came back, phone looked great, they said there was a 90 day warranty, I went home, life went on.
However, about 2.5 months later, I noticed that the top corner of the glass was lifting off. I tried to push it down but it kept lifting off. I thought that was weird since I had a great case on it and didn’t drop it since I fixed it. I decided to go back and have them fix it since it was still under warranty. I did not pay $ 130 to get it fixed and for it to last less than 2.5 months.
I explained the situation to the guy that was working there (tall asian guy that didn’t smile). First off, he looked so annoyed. He asked if I had my receipt. I said I didn’t and asked if they could look me up by my name (since they have that on file). He said they couldn’t look me up. So I asked him if I could show him my credit card statement which would show the charge from the date I was there for the initial fix. He said that’s fine. So I pull up my online credit card statement and the date was about 2 ish weeks before the end of 90 day warranty. I showed him that the date was within 90 days. What he said next was what made me mad. He said, well it’s like almost at 90 days, it’s at day 75. I looked at him like, are you kidding me? Do you not hear yourself? So I answered calmly, yeah but it hasn’t been 90 days yet so it’s still under warranty. He didn’t answer, and just motioned for me to give him my phone and told me to come back an hour later.
He reluctantly fixed my phone which wouldn’t have been broken if it was done correctly the first time. Terrible customer service. Don’t come here unless you want to be treated like they’re doing you a favor and that you’re bothering them.
Since then, I have found a place on Irving called Bonjour which has done an excellent job for my friends’ phones and is much more reasonably priced.

This is the best place to come sell your iPhone! I just got a new 6s since they paid out really good for my 6! Anyone looking to get rid of old iPhones definitely needs to come here. They are conveniently located in the middle of the mall

long story short, I got my iPad mini «fixed» here due to a cracked screen. It is technically never fixed because it has all kinds of issues after I sent it there.
I had to go back more than 10 times, yes you hear me. As if now, it is still broken. Issues included: touch screen dead spot, screen popping out from the back cover (same problem happens every time I got it back), home button dead (same problem every time I got it back), screen shuts down by itself (same problem).
Good thing they have a warranty, but I get to the point that they still not get it fixed after I returned for more than 10 times, so guess I have to move on?
They are nice to talk to, at least.
Oh, almost forgot. They claim that they used the same parts that Apple gets, which is bullshit. The quality of the screen is shit, the home button never worked.

I cracked my iPhone 6 screen so I came here to get it fixed. They fixed it in under half an hour and it look good as new.
A day later, my home button stopped working. since they gave me a ninety day warranty, I decided to take advantage of it. I went in the next day and explained my situation. he said that he could fix it. I came back, and my home button was working again. I then realized that my Touch ID wasn’t working. I told him, and he said «Yeah, I know.» ???
He told me AFTER he already fixed it that once you replace a home button, you can’t use your Touch ID again. Why didn’t he explain this to me before?! I’m not good with understanding phones, I assumed he’d fill me in on what to expect. Then he said «well, I assumed you’ve had your home button fixed before.» I don’t know why he’d assume that but okay.
Overall, they fixed my phone for $ 107, and fixed their mistake on the home button. I wouldn’t recommend coming here though. they leave out information and will turn it around on you. Wish I went to Apple.

Brought my iPhone in with a cracked screen, because I wanted to sell it in mint condition. Was replaced quickly and went on my way. When I went to sell it, the buyer saw the camera was not lined up correctly behind the new screen. Took it back and they corrected it. When I picked it up, the tech basically tossed it to me and went back to work. I mentioned to who appeared to be the manger, that this should have been done the first time. He proceeded to lecture me that there was nothing with it and that the camera never lines up right after a screen is cracked. Then I asked both the tech «so does that mean nothing was repaired?» In unison, the tech said «No, I fixed it», the manager said «nothing was wrong». Won’t be coming back to this outfit.

Got help from Saverick to sell my iPad Air! This place never disappoints which is why I always come back. Highly recommended coming here to sell your Apple products or get your phones/​iPads repaired.

Took my iPhone 6 to get a shattered screen repaired and five minutes after leaving my screen goes black and does not work. I take it back giving them another chance, they fix it and then in the morning as I wake up for work the screen is completely black AGAIN. I went back and got a refund, and ended up taking my phone to apple it was the same price anyway. The Asian guy was nice about it but the white guy just didn’t care at all that he obviously did a shitty job at attempting to fix my phone and just acts completely clueless. He even asked me if my phone was on when I took it back and complained, how stupid can you be? Anyway don’t waste your time or money at this place.

This place is amazing! The only place that figured out what was wrong with two of my iPhones. I would highly suggest going to them first before going to the Apple store. They will also buy your phone from you; they have a much higher payout too!

Can’t complain. I walked in with a busted iPhone5 in my right pocket and a shiny, new (expensive) iPhone6 in my left. Expected to get $ 20 for the old POS, and walked away with $ 80.
Pretty happy with it, considering it was a three-​year old phone that no longer worked.

BUYER BEWARE! They cheated me!
My daughter brought her cell phone with a cracked screen to be repaired here. DAYS later they told her she could pick it up. She paid their fee and walked away.
They broke it. The phone was unable to make or receive calls.
Interesting thing about phone bills. One can easily determine when the last phone call was made/​received as well as texts sent and received. They were given a phone that worked and gave us a phone that they broke.
They were given the phone back to fix. After many days and a handful of lies «We are replacing the motherboard» I decided I’d ring them up and ask when the phone would be ready.
I took half a day off from work to make sure I was there with my daughter to retrieve her phone that they have essentially had for more than a week to do a minor repair. I was told to my face it was not only NOT ready at the time promised — but brace yourself.. .
MORE LIES. «We have to test it off site» «The person who needs to test it isnt here»
I asked for the phone and left. I went straight to Radio Shack where I had my phone repaired in less than an hour last week. They opened it up and lo — screws and parts were missing!
SCREWS AND PARTS WERE MISSING! Were those parts used in someone else’s phone repair? Radio Shack said they could not fix it. The damage done to the parts coupled with the missing parts Wireless Solutions did was so extensive, a new phone would be the only alternative.
I took the phone to Twan Le of Letronix. He worked on it for 2.5 hours to try and repair the extensive damage this place did. Sadly — they really wrecked the phone so we truly had no other alternative than to buy a new phone.
I do not appreciate being lied to. I do not understand how a simple repair of a cracked screen took over a week and ended in needing to buy a new phone.
The business card and receipt proudly says «Satisfaction 100% guaranteed» Whose? I am 100% unsatisfied that they broke my daughters phone and lied to me.
The receipt reads «90 Day Warranty» What warranty? They broke my daughters phone and did nothing to fix it — save the lies and runaround.
The card says most repairs take 15 – 40 mins. LIE!
You guys know me — trust when I say avoid this place at all costs. My Radio Shack review? Easy to find. Go there to fix your phone. Go to a reputable business that actually does what they advertise.
I am so disappointed to have paid for a service that ultimately cost me more because I had to buy a new phone. Even worse? The frustration of being lied to. Liars reveal more about themselves than the person they are trying to deceive.
I am 100% unsatisfied. They broke my daughters phone and did nothing to make it right. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
