I recently moved to the bay, and you ladies and gents know how hard it is to find the right person that works for you when it comes down to hair, make-​up, brows, and Brazilians… everything really, well, I am so happy I found my girl Ariana from Wild Heart!!! Not only is Ariana stunning, but also makes you feel beautiful and once she is done beautifying you, you’re like WOW!!! Thank you thank you! She’s a brow, hair styling and make-​up genius, and not to mention a Brazilian waxing master (and you know how that area can be very sensitive to you).
Ariana is seriously a one stop shop kinda gal. I recommend her whole heartedly to anyone looking for a super sweet, caring, patient, talented and professional, filled with knowledge which she is willing to share with you. Luv U Ariana xoxoxo

Update! My love for Misty has stood the test of time and I would love to stay a client forever, however she is moving to Sacramento and scheduling has become way way way too hard in SF. I thought if I just planned ahead I could make it work, but last time I booked my hair apt. months in advance, then she changed it at the last moment (three times!) and eventually re-​booked me with another girl who now no longer works there. I’m happy for Misty to be expanding to Sacramento, but I think for me, it’s time to move on to someone who is a little more reliable and has more availability in SF! I wish her the best of luck in her new adventures– and if you’re in Sacramento I highly recommend her!

I’ve been going to Brandi since September 2015. She and I are currently working on reshaping my brows. She’s so talented and knowledgable. Her personality is also so sweet, kind and caring. After 4 years living in SF, I finally found a hair and eyebrow goddess: Misty! She respects and listens to your beauty wants and needs and does her best to ensure you leave her salon so very happy and pretty ;) My hair color (she kicks ass at doing brunettes and hombre in my case) and eyebrows have never looked better. I wanted to update my review as I feel like I did not capture the awesomeness that is the Wild Heart experience… I have been in fact going to Misty since 2013 and will never go anywhere else for my hair or brows. My wild lavender phase is now but a distant memory, however my multi dimensional and healthy current hair color is just as fantastic! :)
If you want the kind of brows you see all over instagram but can’t seem to achieve… or that perfect balayaged sun kissed look. go to Misty. Period. She is the best.

Two of the best in SF have teamed up! Misty and Brandi are both amazing when it comes to brows. I have always had a fantastic experience and am so glad I was able to follow them from the Benefit on Fillmore. Look no further, best wax in town! Not to mention all of their other amazing services!!!

I adore Misty and have been trusting her with my brows for about two years. I always just used to pluck my own brows but wanted a more polished professional look and Misty got me there! Not only is she an expert at her work, but she also takes time to explain what she is doing and why which is helpful and always interesting. Plus she is a super cool, trendy, and kind human being so I always feel better when I walk out the door. Her studio is always clean and I have never had any breakouts or bad wax experiences with her.

Misty is absolutely amazing! I’ve been seeing her for a few years now and have gone all over the spectrum with hair color. From red to blonde ombré, to brunette with highlights, to rose gold… she’s nailed EVERYTHING I’ve asked her to do. I’ve never walked away with anything but excitement to show off the new hair! She never disappoints with eyebrows either. My sister even got her makeup done by her for her wedding and she looked flawless. I mean… this woman! She’s got talent!

Brandi always does the perfect job, whether it’s waxing, threading or tinting. She’s consistent, professional, thorough, and also fun and sweet. My daughters and I also «followed» Brandi from her prior location, and we’re very glad that we did. She’s been doing their brows for several years now and we trust her completely. Brandi is awesome!

I went to Brandi for years when she was at Benefit on Fillmore. Now she’s at the lovely space at Wild Heart. Brandi has a talent for knowing exactly what is needed to make her clients look great. She chooses perfect colors for lash and brow tints to match skin tones and knows how to shape brows so they look great. She is a warm and caring esthetician and takes time with each client, getting to know their preferences and remembering them each time they visit. Wild Heart is cute and clean, and I’ve been able to find parking each time without hassle. They also offer online booking, which makes it super convenient to make appointments.

I’m also one of the people who followed her from Benefit and am so excited for Misty to be running her own salon now. I’ve gone to Misty for brows, highlights, haircut, ombré, and most recently — lash extensions for my wedding!
She’s amazing at all of the above, and I genuinely enjoy every appointment not just because of the work that she does, but because of her sassy and sweet personality. She’s (rightfully) become very popular and therefore harder to book, but she is worth the wait!

I’m excited that Misty finally has her own place! She’s been my go-​to person for eye brows for years now, and she is great at shaping brows that frame *your* face well. She is also a very friendly, warm person that makes me feel comfortable in an instant.
I just did a makeup and hair trial with Misty for my wedding, and she did an amazing job. I usually don’t put on a lot of makeup, so I wasn’t sure if I could get made up in a way that still felt like me, but she was able to create a more wedding-​appropriate, enhanced version of me. The hair styles we tried were also great, so I now have the difficult task of picking one out!

I moved to SF about a year ago and Misty is the only person who has touched my eyebrows and hair.
My eyebrows have a nice shape and arch without looking too thin.
She gives me blonde highlights that never turn brassy.
Misty is flexible with scheduling. She is up to date on current trends. And she is reasonable with pricing.
