Staff is always courteous and for the most part, they know my order before I even order it! Delicious pretzels, love my extra salt and butter!

Not bad! Got a cinnamon pretzel from here the other day and it was good. Lots of sugar on the pretzel as the be expected. There was also a lot of flavor to the pretzel as well. I sat down at the tables behind the pretzel stand to enjoy my pretzel. There really isn’t a lot to describe about the pretzel. The associate who helped me was very friendly. She seemed eager to help me as well which I liked. I felt bad that she has to work directly across from the escalator out in a open space of the mall. Not an ideal location for selling pretzels. I feel as though this type of business should have a space in the food court because that makes a lot more sense! The pretzels here will hold you over till dinner if you are looking for a filling snack. #quicksnack

Crunchy, chewy, cheesy and soft. That is how I would describe these lovely pretzels. Wetzel’s Pretzels is probably one of the best chain pretzel stands around and the most delicious treat you can get at a shopping mall *heart eyes*. The pepperoni pretzels are always on point! It’s NEVER dry or hard and always soft, crunchy and chewy, just the way a good pretzel should be. Pair that with cheese dip and their lemonade and you have heaven on earth!

The hot dog wetzel bites are the perfect little meal for my little boys. It comes with 10 pieces per order! They only shared one and couldn’t even finish it all! The manager was really kind; since they didn’t have any kids size drinks, I ordered only one regular drink and he divided it into two cups for me. I really hate to buy more than I need because my kids will waste so much of it. Thank you for the kid friendly experience!!!

Yum! We had a bag of small pretzels and it was so good but wasn’t as cheap as you think. We just ordered a kiwi strawberry slurpee and i had a major sugar high and brain freeze. Enough to share! Great customer service!

Sickest pretzels in the game. Those bitz make me STRAIGHT Dance. Slushys are on point and whether you go to the kiosk or main store those pretzel dogs are made right. I have no problem throwing tips at those lovely employees because if they aren’t making that Wetzel Money then we will lose the delectable pieces of art they twist.

I admit, I don’t really frequent these types of junk food joints much anymore, but sometimes, you just need a little soft pretzel fix and this place hits that spot. I usually go with the plain unsalted pretzel with cream cheese or the pizza one with marinara. I also recommend thier original lemonade on those hot days or whenever you’re in the mood for a bit of «tart» in your life. Prices are still pretty reasonable at about $ 3 per pretzle and nothing beats the ones that come straight out of the oven!

I don’t usually buy pretzels because I’ve always though of them to be overpriced for a simple piece of dough and even now I still think that. I came by here several times, though however, because I had some coupons that were buy one get one free. I think the last time I actually had a pretzel that wasn’t from a Costco was over a decade ago, sadly so I barely recall the taste of a yummy pretzel. When I came to this store, the cashier was friendly and helped advise me on what’s good to try since I’ve never actually had any for such a long time. My favorite is still the original butter and salted pretzel because it can never wrong me :). I also gotten the sour cream and onion but it’s a powder which is kind of okay, although I’d like it better if it were more than just powder. Their pretzels are really delicious and soft when it’s fresh and I’d really love to give their pretzel bites a try. I’ve never gotten the dipping sauce because since I’m not much of a pretzel person, I didn’t really think it was that worth it to get a dipping sauce.

Their pepperoni twist pretzel is pretty good. The cheddar cheese sauce is too salty. I would rather eat it without getting the cheese.

4 Stars because it’s so darn good; every break I always get the pizza pretzel. One girl is nice there and the others I don’t think speak English(or at least dont bother to make any sort of conversation). The line gets kinda long, but it’s around Christmas time so it’s not a big deal.

SUPERGOOD. Get the almond crunch pretezel with a side of berry pink smoothie/lemonade. After a bite and sip of that combo, you’re gonna forget your name. YEAH, SON. THAT’S HOWGOODITIS! Oh, on a side note. It’s right next to Nordstrom so you can totally leech off their wii-fii.

Hand a hankering for carbs so stopped by while I was shopping in the mall. The cashier was very friendly. I ordered the pretzel bitz(something like that) and asked for a little salt. I shouldn’t have because the grains of salt were pretty big. It was easy enough for me to wipe it off though. It also kept me from eating the entire bag. They were really good — a nice crunch on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. It was very consistent with all the other times I had this.

It was good but it didn’t taste like it had just come out of the oven.

One day I was at school and I was craving for some pretzels particularly from Auntie Anne’s. Since I remembered they don’t have Auntie Anne’s anymore at Stonestown I decided to come here to fulfill my craving. The girl that was working there at the time was so nice. She even gave us some samples because I was having a hard time deciding to get the pretzel bites or the whole pretzel. Thanks for her help, she recommended me to get the pretzel bites cause you get more which she was right. It was even more than Auntie Anne’s would give. I think my new favorite flavor is the almond one now rather than the cinnamon one. Either way, I got both flavors for my pretzel bites and killed them all. I love this place.

Yay. I had a buy one get one free coupon from le Entertainment book. I wanted 2 pizza pretzels but they only had one. The owner(?) asked if I wanted 2, which I did, and he made them. Ready in less than 10 minutes. Delightful! I love pretzels, crave pretzels. Though Auntie Anne’s is gone, this makes for a delightful replacement. The pretzels are BIG, fluffy, filling and delicious. Definitely filled my craving. I’ll always try to get a pretzel if I’m in the neighborhood: D

I love coming here whenever I am at Stonestown. I have the frequent buyer card. I didn’t know these things existed until recently! I always get the Wetzel Bits — half plain, half cinnamon. The pizza pretzel isn’t too bad. It is a bit oily because of the pepperoni. When you can get a pretzel freshly baked, it is like heaven! It is soft and warm with that slight crunchiness on the outside. Hmmm, so delicious!

2 for $ 5 wetzel dogs is a good deal. You stay full for approximately 2.5 days on $ 5. Not bad right?

4 Stars + Buy 1 Get 1 Free Coupon + Fresh every 30 mins + Stamp Card The pretzels here are a little more expensive than Auntie Anne’s(now closed) but much bigger and tastier. They are always hot and tastes like they just came fresh from the oven. I normally come here for the Jalapeño and the Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel. With my Buy 1 get 1 free coupon from the Entertainment book, I only pay $ 4 with tip for 2 pretzels. Great deal! I will be back!

This location SUCKS! I came here and got the regular — a Pepperoni Pretzel for $ 3.24 and it was NASTAYYY. I could taste the baking soda/powder that they used in it! It made it so bitter and the dough was tasteless. I was so disappointed that I wasted 3 dollars and some change for a craptastic pretzel but at least I got another hole punched in my frequent buyers card which puts me 1 pretzel closer to getting a FREE one. Sigh! Go to the location at Westfield Mall downtown. They do pretzels right.
