Dr Zhao is good and seems very knowledgeable but this place isn’t very communicative; the receptionists don’t speak English well and things are slow in general, so I had to call several times to make appointments or to get updates. In short, if you’re Chinese, I definitely recommend this place, but if not, maybe you can find another place.

Doctor Zhao is a great doctor, I was looking for a family doctor around my area. I just had my 1st visit in his burlingame office. He made it special early appointment for me as I need to work afterward. He was there early without nurse or any assistance so he did all the basic check up all by himself as well my flu shot. He went over my medical history and family medical history everythings one by one patiently! He provide great information and listens well to my health concern. I really appreciate his professionalism and humbleness.

My primary doctor decided it was time to hang it up without notice. ONE STAR! Like he cares! I was referred to Dr. Zhao and the experience is genuine and caring, I have decided to switch to Dr. Zhao as my primary care physician. During my 3 visits, I was given not just how to resolve a couple of common medical issues. It includes my part and what I have to do to get healthy and keep it that way. I know doctors don’t come to your residence anymore unless your privileged enough to but this is the next best thing. Expect hectic and sometimes chaotic scene at the office but what else would you expect from a good doctor.

Dr. Zhao was incredibly informative and helpful concerning my sleep apnea. He clearly explained to me all of my options, made sure that I understood fully what my best options for treatment was and then followed through to get my CPap machine in my hands as quickly as possible. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
