Fabulous customer service! I came in and bought a few pairs of swim trunks for the kids, and there was a bit of a mix up, which was not the store’s fault. Basically, without hesitation, they offered to make everything right. They re-ordered the swim trunks from faraway locations, and had them delivered to the store. When I came in to pick them up(and this was months after my original purchase), Tatiana immediately recognized me, and handed me the precious merchandise! How’s that for five star service??? What really struck me was the complete lack of pretention. Sure, their merchandise is a bit pricey, but it’s also beautiful, and holds up forever. And I truly appreciate the kindness shown to me by the staff at the store. Thanks, guys!

So I’ve walked by this place several times and have even tried on a pair of shorts a while ago. The two women that work there are very helpful and genuinely nice. When they told me about the brand and prices I was a little sad about how expensive they were. The quality is great but I could not justify spending that much on a pair of shorts. Months went buy and I had finally decided to splurge. I went by bit yet no longer had the shorts in store, but they had them at another location. After the ladies did some searching around they we’re able to find the pair I wanted and size I wanted. When they arrived at the store and I went to pick them up. They fit like puff of clouds and was extremely happy everything worked out for me. Thanks to the ladies working there I came out feeling on too of the world.

I popped in out of curiosity, but the prices are beyond unrealistic. I have to wear(mostly) shorts to my job, and they had a pair of trunks that caught my attention the moment I walked in. The guy working did not even smile, he was just tidying things and DID acknowledge me, but the attitude was one of slight indifference. I inquired of the price and he said«$ 225». I asked what could POSSIBLY make them worth that much. His response: «The material, design and workmanship.» No, no, no. Never. He informed me that, basically, patterned trunks are $ 225 and solids are $ 185, presented to me in a way that suggested, should $ 225 be too pricey for me, there WAS a more affordable option. There is just absolutely NOTHING that makes a pair of swim trunks work this much. Ridiculous.

Welcome to San Francisco, vilebrequin! My boyfriend and I was shopping around downtown looking for vacation wears for our summer trip to china. We came across to vilebrequin, their manikins caught our eyes. My boyfriend and I fell in love with their styles and product. Their employees here are very informative, nice, and helpful. The store is well organized. We ended up buying their most popular moorea swim trunks. My boyfriend gets a lot of compliments! All in all, welcome to San Francisco, vilebrequin!
